Well the K790i is a good phone with very good camera except for the following:
1.It has got no mega bass.
2.It does not store recorded videos in MP4 format.Also, even though it stores in 3GP format, the resolution never goes beyond 175 something making the videos very small to look at.
3.And last but not the least, their customer service is not very satisfactory.
I bought the K790 about 5 months back.Just a little more than 2 months, the phone became dead.I send it for repairs and after 1 month the service centre said that they'll replace my phone with a new one.Now its almost 1 month and still no word from them.I've called them before and they kept
on saying that I'll get by next week when actually I never get when the next week comes.So, this evening I went to the service centre and they said that I might get after 3 or 4 months.Now imagine waiting for 5 or 6 months to get back my phone.Is n't this the worst customer service.
My advice to you all is buy any Sony Ericsson phones(I am not saying that they are not good) at your own risk and pray that nothing goes wrong with your phone otherwise you'll have to wait for 5 or 6 months like I am waiting now.

is the battery life of the fone good??

Hello friends, I have a question to users of K790a and K850i. Which one should I buy and why? I have seen the k790 in action and really liked it. Will the k850 be significantly better? I hear good and bad about K850. One was a k790 user and his dissapointment with switching to the K850. Please some feed back. Thanx Eddie

hi i own this type of phone and i love it!
i have had it for 1 and a half year and it still works like when i bought it!
I have bacome a Sony Ericsson fan and i think i will never buy a nother brand!!

iv heard that its joystick is a big problem n its very cheap n stops working in a few days have to get repaired

Hi dear Readers! i have bought SE k790i, but the problem im facing is that it have no mega bass in its audio equilizer. As i used k750i, which audio was amazing. Plz tell me if i can get mega bass in k790

the cell is heavy and it hangs sometimes and comingto the camera its the best and i like the cell and now i am using k850i and k850i is the best

there is no option to FF[fast frward] while watching videos . is there any software available to see videos with FF for this phone?

recently I bought this phone. gd in pic & Music. But i cann't use my 1gig M2 with it. whenever i want to it restart automaticly and later cann't recognized. can ne 1 help me plz.if ne soft prob, mail me plz.thnks all.

i am using this phone there three main problem
1. Low battery Backup
2. Joystick gives problem
3. unable to capture signals in low network coverage area
picture quality, user interface, sound, resolution is amaizing

Does anyone know if this phone can handle a 1G memory card???? I know some phones slow down when you put a large memory stick on them.

It depends on how you use it. The battery last very long. it loses about 1-2% battery overnight.
