wow i cannt express my feelings in words...i bought this fone after workin on my N73...no words 2 say abt this fone...its simply superbbbbbbbbbbb...camera shoots perfectly even in the darkest nights...music quality is even better than N73..but lacks symbian...anyhow its the fastest coz its UI based fone...its worthed 2 buy this fone...bye

I have had this phone for 2 weeks now and I absolutely love it. Excellent call quality, excellent camera quality, excellent build quality.
The only thing that would make this phone even more awesome would be to have the keypad backlight change colors to coincide with the theme chosen, though I can't complain with the purple backlight, looks quite sexy at night.

yo people i visit this site everyday and i have a question for those who have this phone how long does the music player last and can you create your own equalizer in the music player caus if those two have negative answers ill just buy the W810 the reason i want this K790 is cause it has the same mp3 player as the walkman seriese and it isnt common in my country whereas every other high school student has the W810i it is the most common phone in the country so i thought that i would buy the K790 caus it has walkman player but can it play music for a long time is my question
so if any one has this phone can you tell me
- How long does the music player last during continuous use
- Whats your opinion this or the W810?

Can anyone tell me if there is any way you can use the flash as torch light (basically can keep the light on even when i'm not clicking a photo).Also it does not provide flash light when you ae recording a video...
Pls suggest some software (where to get it) for keeping the light on....Thanks..Prashant

DUH!!!!????
No offence, but you are so wrong buddy. I upgraded my k790i to the latest R1EG001 but in vain. The sound quality is the same.The SE guys never did anything to the sound but just made few cganges with animated menu icons and usb compatibilty.
And by the way iv had HPM-70 inear headphones since 8 months and they improved k790i's sound by a margin,nothing compared to walkman phones.
Anyways i dont want to debate with you. I respect your comments. Good luck and take care

yes i agree to the pal down this, you dont have to sell your k790i and buy w810i, bad bad move.. you just have to upgrade the firmware, and everything works even better! you can buy headset of walkmanfone, it supports the k790i, the sound is the same now.
