this is the best phone I have so far, and the best one Ive seen so far. the auto flash makes the camera even better, and battery last so much longer than other phones. You can put so many different themes, games onto the phone. The text function is easy to use, and..its just a great phone!

i just change from Nokia to SE and i have to said the function are much better....so friendly user. Great mp3 player and Camera. the keypack is a bit small for me. I dont know why it said it can't not support WMA songs...i have like 2 songs that are WMA, it plays just fine. overall, is a great phone.

Im with tom on that one. I have been selling and using SE products for ages and there is nout wrong so far.
Sure some people are bound to have probs but i see less SE coming back than Nokia.......... N91 need i say any more

i've had my k800 since they first came out in england and haven't had one single problem. Sort your grammer out son.

betr not to buy ne of da sony ericsson products. yes many of u guys may not agree wid me bt i m telin this becaz i faced lots n lots n lots of probs in usin this k800i. u wont beliv dat after jst a month my k800i's operating software crashd! and i evn didnot hav ne warranty card stil dat z worthles caz in bangladesh dere is no care cntr. o xcpt dat SE has da best multimedia featurs bt if u r thinkin of usin it for a long tym chosee Nokia products..:)

Where do i get this torch.jar file from?
This would be of great use to me as when i'm out on the town i can never record us all havin a laugh as its dark and the k800 has no permanent light.

my k800i also get hung and i go to the service center and they said that theres a problem in the softwear so they re install the software and after a mnth the fone get hung again and they have to re install the software again and after a couple of weeks the phone get hang again ang im planning to swap it to other fone.. maybe i have the same problem like TkJKs..

k800i is an upgrade of k790i, k790i is not a 3g fone like k800i. but everything else is the same. if you buy the k800i you mignt get a faulty fone like everybody that complains about their k800i unit.
if i wer you i'll buy a k790i, its a better quality.

i inserted the sim, when i try to remove it again, im having difficulty, i put back the back cover, when i needed to open it again, ican't.. how can i open it? please help!

I bought this phone on 21st Dec 2006, but phone got hanged on 29th Dec when I was travelling. I have to face lot of inconvinence bcoz of this stupid ph.
Though ph feature looks cool and I Njoyed using it for 1 week but the quality as product was absolutely terrible.
When I took this ph to service centre the guy told that he will reinstall the software in the phone hence all data will be lost. Since I have no choice I have to live with the fact that I have lost all the imp data. After 2 days service centre personnel told that there is major h/w problem and hence we have sent the phone to company for h/w change so u will probably get ph at the end of Jan 2007. This is very pathetic service quality.
Bcoz of this, I think sony has lost all its reputation which I used to have earlier. So much time taken for h/w replacement shows that they are facing lots of such problem for most of their handsets.
So plz beware of phone's such tempting feature list and don't go for this.
