hello!!
hmmmmmm..tough choices!!
choosing fone really is a pain to ur ass!
if u want a good music fone a good camera,
chooooooooose K800i of course!!
i also like the new "BLACK" N73..
not bad at all!!
but the ordinary N73-"UGLY"
if ur a rich guy then definetly just wait for the release of the N95 and the N92..
"VERY WORTH IT, WAIT FOR IT!"
but if ur very much excited to buy a fone already then better choose the black N73 or the K800i..really good phones!
that's my opinion..
you yourself will be the only one who could choose of which phone would really fit urself..GOOD LUCK!!
me i choose this K800i and i love it!!
i never been disappointed that i choose this fone among many other good fones out there..

Overall the phone is good...
But..it uses m2 card which is now expensive
there is no light,must use the red eye function as light
and the speaker is not loud...

hey ppl im planin 2 buy a k800 bt many ppl are sayin dat dere are problems in da navigation key is dat true???? which phnz da best K800 or W850??? plz i want ur advice..

Guys, this might be a stupid question. But I was wondering what are the significant differences between the SE K790 and K800? I am very interested in purchasing one of these phones. I don't notice any major differences between these two things, next to the fact that the K790 is about $100USD cheaper on eBay.

i want to buy a k800 but read so many negatives about it is there another model sony ericsson that has the same features as the k800 but not with so many concerns or how to solve most of the apperant problems it has

well se k800i is the best for me. it has the best camera resolution, just like my sharp 903. the camera flash of se k800i is so bright that i can use it as a flashlight. nokia n73 is fine, the same with samsung d900 (whatever it is, i don't know. sorry.) but se k800i is the best for me =)

this is really a great phone..been using this for 3 months now...and im loving it......for the "light" of k800i ..well i doesnt have one..but try torch.jar application to activate the red led on the flash/cam

No.. it cant.. that code is juz to protect your phone and your personal data from being used with another SIM CARD...
I juz need keypad lock... so... although I on my phone.. no one can c my personal data.. msges... photos... everything...
but not phone protection... caz I've got sim protection...

Right, go in settings, then security, then locks, then phone protection,then change code,think the default code is '0000'.then go in protection and turn it on, it should say phone fully locked.
The only bad thing i have to say about this phone is the video is crap and it doesn't have a permanent flash so you cant take video's in the dark.

i have a k800i for a few months now and i not so pleased with it, the phone works fine but the camera is acting up..i have to close and open ot for 20 times to take a picture,it malfunctions all the time and also the phone does not recognize all my sim numbers...the battery life is pretty good regarding what this phone can do... my opinion is that k800i is a very good phone but to clomplexe to work at it's full potential

Sony is producing MS-pro cards at 8gb already and will to enter CF cards market soon. while k800 users gets stucked in only 1Gb only. i do hope SE will produce phone that would accomodate either M2 or Pro-Duo if they will do that.

How to lock the keypad??
I cant... It juz have SIM protection and phone protection...
the phone protection is u nid to enter ur pass when you ON YOUR HP...
but its not keypad lock...
shud I dl anything or wad???

Why K800 doesn't have the light?? I mean the light for seeing thing. My old phone sony ericsoon have the light but K800 didn't. Did anyone know how to turn on the light?? If so, could u tell me please?

fact: se is the best company in the world on phones(pda not incl)
fact: the k800i is by far better then any nokia on the market today...even the n73 is not even in its class
what more do u want from a cell?
