It does have an fm radio,you can lock the keypad with a passcode,and yes you can rename your pictures.
Move the pic from the camera album into the pictures folder,highlight the pic,click 'more' then 'manage file'then...surprisingly enough ....click 'rename'.
As simple as A...B...C.

it has radio fm..
it even automatically show the name of the radio statio u are listening to..
PERFECT HEADFONE MUSIC QUALITY!!!
renaming picture can only be done when u send the picture to ur computer..
the ORIGINAL PHOTO TAKEN to ur K800i cant be renamed..
y? does an ordinary digicam has a renaming option?? hmmmmmmmmmm.......think!

Does the k800i have a built in fm radio? Because on the sony ericsson website it doesnt mention it has but on here it says it does?

I've just bought a k800i on T-Mobile in the UK, and it works fine, but unlike the reviewed version i don't think it has track ID. Does anyone know if the Uk version actually has it and if so, where do i find it?

Sony Ericsson K800i is the smartest phone ... that camera is very good... nice pictures, nice music(like a sony) .. just video... video sucks.

got a K800i last week. just want to know how do you rename your pics on the phone. there is no rename option.

I got this phone for x-mas and it rules!!!! Firstly the camera is awsome and you can do so much stuff with this phone! I also like playing the minigolf game its addictive. I always used a nokia but now its Sony Ericsson. If you are deciding on get this phone i would say yes. Till now i dont have any problems with it and it is the best phone ever!!!

although this is not a walkman phone does anyone know if it can play music for 25 hours like w850 or w810??
i read that the music player is basically the same as that of a walkman phone, it's just stripped of the megabass feature

Why k800i dun have keypad lock?!?!
the keypad lock i mean is..
can put password so other ppl cant c my documents and others...
can download from somewhere else??

Super camera and phone. Got 2 in the family and both have been no trouble in the first 2 months and look set for a long run. Have used Nokia always before but won't go back now. SuperSony!

I received some good news with the repair of my k800i. they have replace it and issued me with a new phone. I do not have it yet but I should within this coming week. I'm sure if you sent ur k800i in for repair that they would do the same.

The keypad sucks!!! Not well positioned, but we gained on the bigger display.
Another crappy thing is that the rubberized coating on the keypad is peeling off day by day.
The flash is not bright enough when you take photos in the night; K750 is better.
The individual ringtone is not accurate as I have set the ringtone and other music rings when the specified caller calls in.
Please tell me how to rectify this problem.
The phone responses are good due to the faster processor SE has embedded.
Display and camera picture quality (day) are great.
Tranferring files thru USB is a breeze due to USB 2.0

does anyone know if this phone plays mp3s as ringtones?
