I phoned O2 on thursday morning to upgrade to this phone. They said it was in stock and sure enough i recieved an email last night which said
"We're happy to tell you that your O2 order has been passed to our warehouse for
dispatch. Your new O2 handset will be on its way to you very soon."
so it should arrive today. I'll post a message when/if it does arrive.

For anyone who ordered a K800i from o2 on day of release (wednesday) and have been told it is out of stock - i rang o2 to find out when next batch would be, and they said i would recieve it on tuesday (sent out on monday).

Hi mates, wana check with with you guys whether is the phone compatible with Jabra Bluetooth Stereo Headset BT620s? Coz the headset require A2DP & AVRCP. From the info provided, i could only see that the phone has the A2DP bluetooth profile. Will like to buy the headset ASAP before the phone arrives in S'pore!!!

Carphone Warehouse website is now showing the K800i as 'out of stock'.
So SE look as though they have sh*fted everyone :-)

Just got an email from my network providor telling me that my k800 is despatched and that i should have it by 1pm tomorrow... Just checked royal mail website to make sure, and sure enough, it's on its way! can't wait!

Phone is due to drop in o2 stores by this saturday at the latest with a free 512 mb card.
may be worth waiting til mid july for the new o2 tariffs though which will own all other networks

ive got the phone coming tomoz rang vodafone today to see when it was coming in they said its been delivered today so got mine i think vodafone have been fair on website states 7 july no lies phone arrived early good news

O2 told me it was in stock when i upgraded on wednesday afternoon. The only reason i upgraded was it was in stock then, and my phone is fooked. Not had an email or anything, logged into o2 to bring my orders up, its on, but out of stock! great!

dont know abou tyou lot on here, but i got my k800i free of charge with 8 months half price line rental. . if you want a decent deal...go carphone warehouse. they got 1200 of them in stock. but they will sell out fast.

like someone said earlier, it's the fact that o2 just didn't say it would be July in the first place like orange and vodafone did that pisses everyone off. They should just tell the truth then everyone can make an informed decision.
PS. Actually.... found out it is out on vodafone from today with delivery tomorrow. that's me sorted. Cancelled the o2 order.

why sonyericsson produce such a phone... there is no video recording... just think ! you have 3.2 mp camera but you cant capture good video. what a pity !( 176x144 resulation also 3gp also only captures 15 frame per second) ı want a phone it should have good camera taking picture and capturing good videos,it should have large memory so as to play mp3 files and good sound quality,and big screen. (like s700i) as to 3g it is not problem for me somehow it doesnt work in turkey.

don't think anyone is having a go at o2 staff as such...they only tell us what they're told to say...but is goes higher than that. the staff have pretty much seemed as helpfull as they can be...it's the company that's pants. If they told it as it is ie we were meant to have them but don't but will have them on this date etc i don't think people would mind...it's the being messed about that's driving me mad!!!

The User Guide of this phone is in sonyericsson site in multi languages. I am reading in Portugese of Portugal. I live in Brasil.

Just to let you know I'm a not happy o2 customer! Ive been onto retentions there since last week and I have the names of everybody I have spoke to. I ordered the phone on tuesday (officially I was told) but I needed to ring back Wednesday to confirm delivery because of work and things. There system was down all yesterday (Again) and when I called today I was told it hadnt been ordered and the phone will not be with that department for another 4 - 5 weeks! Of cause I played my face and now my local o2 shop is suppling the phone and retensions will set up my new contract! So I have rang 7 local o2 shops in my area who are all telling me Saturday, now o2 seem to be pretty good at lying so I will wait and see. I guess you pay for what you get hense why I think Three are the worst and though I've never been with them I think Orange/Voda could be the better.

The last might be the first. I think none of the networks have the K800 in stock.'A lot of wind no speed'.
