i got this phone today, in singapore at only 800+ with warranty! it so cool, i like it so much!

The last might be the first. I think none of the networks have the K800 in stock.'A lot of wind no speed'.

Why on earth did everyone think this handset was available on the 26th??? The supply chain date on o2 was week commencing 26th so could have come in anytime that week. the supply was then changed to the 28th and sure enough the handset was in stock, originally orders for the handset could not be made because it wasnt showing as an option on the system and when it did show the system went down. o2 clearly didnt think the phone would be so popular upon release and it sold out quickly. i will check when i'm next at work for the date the handset is due back in stock. by the way o2 spent around 11million on the companion billing system and it is now in its 4th or 5th version. it just won't do what they want it to!

Can someone who actually has this phone please answer this question: are the keys just like the K750, or are they "rubbery" like this review suggests?

one thing id like to ask. can someone tell me why T-mobile are always the past people to get hold of these top of the range phones???? i want the k800 but dont wanna loose the network. aaaarrgggghhh!!!!

'Three' have just got them in. Free for the handset, 300 mins & 1000 texts for £30 a month. £15 for first 6 months.
What do people think? I'm fed up with o2 and Three guarantee that it will be with me by Wednesday next week.

k800i chasers...its not coming into stock until tomorrow as s.e failed to fulfill the order! unfortunatly o2 are now taking the brunt for s.e's mistake! o2 ARE NOT lying to customers to keep their custom as some very sceptical and paranoid people seem to think. their just normal people doing their job and giving you the info that there infront of them. one more thing...for all those people who have such a low opinion of o2, why not just disconnect and stop trying to find ways to rip them off? they're a business, not a charity for people who cant afford to pay for their upgrade!!!

not that i want to let you guys down but i went to o2 they said the phone has been delayed for another 3 weeks, but the good news is carphone warehouse have got the phones in stock TODAY!!!

I don't think it's the delay that hacking people off...it's the fact that everytime you ring o2 you never get a straight answer and everyone tells you something different. I've now been promised that they're in stock and that mine should come tomorrow from them but not holding much hope.

There are really some people who think they know it all on this site. I spend less than 30 pounds a month and threaten to change networks if i had to pay 49.99 for the k8ooi on O2. People you seem to forget there are loads of mobile companies out there, they dont want to lose your business. it's far easyier to keep you paying a bill for 12 months and to give you the phone for free than lose you altogether. So just so we are clear i spend less than 30 pounds a month and have the k800i on o2 for free. Yes Free and all because i threaten to change networks.

for all you whingers re the k800i - do people seriously not understand how things work for mobile phone companies???
they are given a date by the mobile phone provider, sony ericsson in this case. this is the release date that o2 then give to the customers. if sony ericsson fail to meet that date, what else can o2 do??? and as for reducing the cost of the phone just because you say you are going to disc...thats b0llocks! what you get depends on your average monthly spend! so if you spend over £50 a month, yeah, you'll get it. otherwise, stop being a cheap-@rse

Have just rung voda after seeing comments on this site, was origionaly told to ring on 7th July. Phone is now in stock, they wanted 138 quid but I pestered them and now it's FOC. Delivery tomorrow. Cheers guys!

At last!!...a real and honest answer!...just had an e-mail from a guy at o2 who's been trying to help me find the truth. It seems that everyone who's pre-ordered the k800i will have a delivery date of sometime in the first week in July and could be up to the 10th. So all their talk of 26 June delivery that they promised me was a load of bull, just as i thought!! It will be out on orange by then so i know what i'm going to do!
