I have a p1 divce.it has very defults.For example it is very slow and when I traveled it unnowed the networks.please tell me what can I do?

Bdway, i'd recommend u dat sound mod...Even i thought sound was fine on m phone until i just tried it. I cn remember noticing a definite difference...better deep bass sounds etc.. (Though i don't remember d old sound much now ;P)

thanx to rici and aqeel again....
i have moded the camera for still and video its great, plus the hardware button made it to work for LED lights so you can turn on the lights while taking video in dark places...the video frame rate has increase...and the format is now mp4 from the older 3gp file....
the fone is really cool its up to you to experiment what you really like, i did not moded the sound and volume coz i dont needed it....
my favorite additional features were:

it is just so awsome!!!
other added features:
oxford dictionary, capswitch, core player, g picture viewer, xplore 1.3, im messenger and tones of themes for gdesk,

Heard that this is discontinued, how ever I have managed to get one today, not yet started using it to full, but still find it an amazing device got it for 17.5k in India!!!

Looks like some corruption in your ROM data. U might need to a firmware upgrade. Use the feature in the SE PC suite software. Alternatively u can download firmware upgrading software from SE website
DON'T FORGET to backup your phone data beforehand using SE PC suite software (to avoid losing all your data again!)

Hi everyone, have been using my pii since last year with no problem. Unfortunately, recently, my contact got corrupted. I tried using the master reset feature in the control panel and in the process, I lost all my data. But yet, my contact remained corrupted. Please, could anybody help me in recovering my contact. this is the 1st time i got a phone with Q keyboard and was not sure how will will suit me and also hard from some people that the OS is not that stable. but i found it wrong. the keyboard is really nice and once you i got used to it, it allows me to jot big sms or emails within short time.
after update the ROM, i never found any problem with the OS. its quite stable.
only problem i find - fewer application available in the market. which i am not liking.

For Installing apps You Have To Hack Your P1i With Installing CapsSwitch and Xplore And Finding installserver.exe and copy this file into c:/sys/bin
Thats all you have to do.
I did it And now I install every apps For UIQ3 Very easy.

themes and ringtones etc can be downloaded from zedge.net or mobile9.com. .gif wallpapers dont work on symbian series or symbian UIQ (i have tried and failed with my M600 and P1i).
