hey i want to ask you about the file manager..my phone file manager lost..but i still can heard the music and the picture still can be view in the picture gallery but in the file manager is empty..please..somebody help me.thanks

Hi all,
I have bought this phone just a week back, its a gr8 phonem, but there is no inbuilt games as it is mentioned that the phone comes with 2 inbuilt games. Have u all faced the same problem ?????
Can any one let me know from where i can get inbuilt games.

sheikh what are you talking abt if you have used a p series before the touchscreen jog dail and now a keyboard and the phone type input after using this and if you go on n95 or some phone like that you will know the diff. only this phones upgrade is the next p series p1 is not an upgrade.this cell is good

The price is 300$ now with 64mb card included all accessories,but now this Brick like gadget is outdated.U can get second hand for 200$ yet the hammering it got for unstability will be remembered lifetime.Now its purely Made in China product from body to battery.Internal Ram is still a headace.SE will never learn lesson firstly its prices on launch r high and they Fall like cardslsecondly the Video resolution QCIF mode is hopeless;Its a waste of money to by cells for pics than sony cybershot cams of 10 MP for 300$ 3inch screen

I went to the market this morning and i was amazed by the price it was 370 usd
but no memory card included
two days ago the price was 500 usd can any body tell me .. is this a right price

se has stopped p990 in india, but u can get it in grey market for 9000rs ..in some retail shops where stock is still there, its price is for 15000rs...

Bough this phone a week back...
A awesome phone...was a choice between this htc and this...think took a wise decision by going for this..
Awesome features..excepet edge everything is there.Net connects very well both on gprs as well as wlan..
a good choice for heavy data/internet users
One drwaback, the loudspeaker voulme could have been more

i love my p990i... its easy to learn to use.. and if ur a tech savvy type of person, you'll never get tired of this... the only prob i have with it is that yeah it restarts, probably 3 times? for me... well,. and sometimes its slow.. like opening the calendar,. but its still great. love the sound quality. my only problem is i can't buy a memory card. everywhere i ask, memory stick pro duo is out of stock. and i want the 4gb one! that's sony or sandisk. but unfortunately, they don't have it!!! grrr... they only have ms pro duo HIGH SPEED! which i think is not compatible with the p990i. so i didn't buy it. but i'm still hoping someone in the forum here will answer if and when they've tried the ms pro duo high speed on their p990. hopefully someone does...

to people having restart problems pls upgrade your phone software and se has stopped making p990 it is avail in grey market

Once awhile, switch the phone off, remove battery and put it back turn on- this is for refresh the phone. Other best way to do it is to master reset sometime to realy refresh the phone, but make sure you back up your contacts and other...etc.

The P990i, I ight say it is very cool, I own one. But sometimes, it restarts. I don't know why.

Question: what if i use "SONY" Memory stick pro duo "HIGH SPEED"?
is it still compatible with the p990i? :D
p.s. ahh,what can i use to convert videos,. i know one, "super" but its super slow (LOL) when it comes to big files:D

Can we Enhance or Reduce the Zoom with Out Touching On Screen any dedicated Keys For Zooming

Example in number Field 123456 Faryal SHaKeeL can we write the Name ya Anything other what else we want to write in front of Number Like 910i?
3-Is there Ram Problem like 990i not enough Memory message?
4-dispaly is legible in direct under sunlight (can we see its display in direct Undersunlight?
