nokia is crap. once upon a time a mobile phone company had a fight with my school principal coz he drives a kia car. the phone company got pissed and said "lets brand ourselves as NO-KIA". nokia was born. its a lame story but it could possibly be true. who knows??? anyways sonyericsson is da best. and will always be.

hey i just bought my p990i yesterday. works fine if i keep on ending the apps after use. today it started and said no sim no network. but other features worked fine it rebooted when i tried makin a call. wat i did...i fooled my fone i inserted sim upside down it said no sim then i properly put the sim and lo its workin again.i m writin this frm p990. i lov my phone rockin fone i feel a class apart frm others

dear All,
p990 is defective said. I was long time user of p910 and was really excited to buy P990. Unfotunately its was totally a tragic phone.
Jams, restarts ,deletes your contacts suddenly, again and again . WArning dont buy this either wait for a new model or stick with another set

is it true that P990i always crushes and its battery charge is short? iam about to buy this cellphone but when i read it, confuses my mind and somewhat changes my plan to buy other brand....

i am really confused which 1 shd i buy N80 or P990.. which phone has more compatible applications n which 1 has a stable firmware..can i use messgengers like msn or gtalk on any of these phone..

the alaram is painfully low i mean it with pain when i check the tone in the settings or control panel its loud enough but when the alaram rings its low man same with your phone?if firmware prob hopefully will be solved in the next upgrade pls reply thanks man.

They don't like it because it has some software problems.
They like it beacause it is amazing with functions and performance on the latest FW.
My phone makes me occassionally frustrated, 90% of a time it works like a dream. I work on it, it is my computer.

hi guys ! pls advise me , i have a p990i a few months ago , works well , till i did the upgrade via SE site , and never more shows calls name , only nunbers , and always asking if i want to put them on list as a new number ; i have a voda card , and if i try to move all my contacts to it , a message shows , saying that sim card is not availabe , but it works fine on other phone i have . what can i do ? my battery stands for 4 days , managing it , great sound , maybe camera is a little to hard to use it as a fast one , only 2 mgbs , and memo card is ok , same with my computer connection , but plastic back should have lot more quality .well , it is a good honest top mobile phone , and i´m happy with it . TY
