how do i get the 3d game back is it normal to lose the game has anybody lost it after the update

Hey guys
Got the p990i for a month now. This phone has more hype than its worth. It has ms office app but no powerpoint presentations. Cant get new themes and games to work, they get downloaded and installed but they dont work.
Can some1 pls help me. Thanks.

to be honest people... if you are patient enough to get the hang of a lagging phone... well get a phone like the P990... even if updated.. it still lags.. if it didn't lag... i would have kept it with me... i sold it yesterday and went back to my old nokia phone... Nokia RULES!!!

after the update the 3d golf game is gone is it normal did anyone of your game disappear .btw it was a generic 2 update

i have a p990i and i have a problem:
the time of my friend's phone(k750) and my phone is correct and same but when i receive SMS from my friend, the time of SMS is incorrect.(time is +14)
can anyone help me please?

im just wondering, i just saw an P990i fon, but its kinda different coz its box is black and has the trademark of ORANGE. I was able to have a hands on test then i noticed that the LAYOUT of the menu is diff and the icons are also different from the standard p990. when flipped open, usually there are 4 shortcut icons on the below of the screen ryt? but in that p990i with the brand ORANGE(TM) the four short cut icons are on the left side of the screen and very tiny.. why is that?? is this the theme?? can this be changed to the default layout of the menu?? I need ur help coz im planning to buy that fon thanks

guys out there i think to increase the speed of the phone you must install a utility in which it disables the menu animation(the transition effect). that results to a higher free Video memory and RAM and helps increasing the processing speed of the CPU.

Absolutely I recommended this phone! especially for ALL BUSY/BUSINESS PEOPLE with mobile capacity. You can do anything w/p990 and lets leave your laptop at home like me because it can subtitutes all laptop function. BEST phone series that SE ever launched(R7&up). Nokia phone is looks worst if compared with this one. I dont understand with nokia buyers. Nokia is featureless, but p990? BUY IT!

I did not make any master reset after upgrade. Actually upgrading is like a master reset too - everything is removed and cleared..

i recently sent my old p990 back to sony ericsson because the jog dial was broken, so they sent me a new p990i after 21 days, and i thank them for that, but i realize how fortunate i was when i had the old one, becuase this one is 10 times slower, even though i did the upgrade 5 times, the speaker sucks on this one, really bad i barely hear anything!! is there a solution for the sound/speaker to fix besides sending it back to SE? thx

had this fon 2 wks ago. So far so good. i just dont know how to use this as a modem. Please help me guys.
Also, can anybody tell me if this has "templates" like other SE fon so that i wont type again and again the message that i usually type most often?

UIQ 3.1 or the new Symbian 9.5 is the main key of SE to make great performing smartphones and be backed in the business and multimedia smartphone market. the rumored M610 is having great specs to overpower the E90 the K850 must be based in symbian UIQ 3.1 and has JP-8 to make more fans stay with them instead of the superpowered N95 and the new P-series must be using the new UIQ interface and OS to get better but not compromising the upgraded specs way higher than the P990 and the M610. SE has will just have balance in this lineups imho. and i hope i could also see new w950/W900 successor with UIQ 3.1 also... SE should understand that people won't get contented with Java's poor software openness as nokia always overpowers those.

SE must announce at least 3-4 new super smartphone to catch up with the smartphone market think about the Nokia E90,N95,E61 so they need to prove their ability of making great smartphones they need a new P with super specs and 5 mpix camera equiped with every technology available with some other innovations to beat the N95
