Ravi - My unit it has 990i not QuickShare. I think some model has these 2 labels (may be for different countries). In Saudi Arabia, it has 990i.

mine says P990i and my phone works perfectly dont have all the problems all others are talking about had it since september 06 live in NYC USA..unlocked and unbranded with world generic F/W

LOVE THIS PHONE TOO! One question can I get Satnav for this? is there a TOMTOM mobile for this symboan platform? Please let me know and if you can get it for free somewhere on the net would be ideal! Then all Id have to buy is a GPS device!!

i went to buy a p990i today, i paid vendor the money and when i inserted the sim in my phone, it refused to start. So i took the money back and i have ordered for a new piece and would get it in a day or two. I wish SE improves it image and recalls all the bad pieces that have already sold out to their distributors. Its high time SE takes a serious look at their P-series image.

O2 UK has delayed the p990 to 4th december. the reason on our stock lists is this: " LAUNCH DELAYED DUE TO FACTORY CAPACITY ISSUES"
hopefully it'll get sorted soon cause i cant wait

Anyone know if I can use SIP clients like X-ten or SJphone on this phone? Better still, any SIP phone client out there that can work on this phone???

Got a new P990 its the best phone in the world with a 4gigs card inside and 8gig cards in the making yes you heard right p990 can max out to 8gigs what more can i ask 4

The worse phone ever made by SE P-Series, it hangs, it freezes all the time, when u get a call and by mistake, u activate the camera, u can do only 1 thing, and thats removing the battery. Don't buy it, you will regret it!!!

to anyone who insist to get this phone : forget it !!! and buy another gadget. too many annoying bugs inside this phone....it's not good as its look..and it's not worth to buy, i'm SE user and i'm really disappointed with my p990...

O2 UK have delayed the release until 4th December. Now it's a component fault. Still, better to wait for a phone without bugs than buy a model that may or may not be prone to many of the issues mentioned by existing owners from other networks.
