Hi i was the Nokia lover but when i saw P910 for the very first time in market i was so amazed about the technology they use. In october when i read about the p990 i was so happy i sold my Nokia 6680 in order to get this phone. I waited for this phone since then. But i cant take it anymore. Sony Ericsson has been playing with the world. Its just hoax. anyway i have decided to go back to Nokia and now i am waiting for Nokia N80 which seems to be better than P990. cURSE you Sony Ericsson. You are nothing but miserable liars.

will people actually bother to read the specs on this phone yes the screen size is for sure smaller than the p910 by .1 of an inch read the specs before you ask silly questions and ebay sellers are fraudulant if the phone isn't on the market then it sure isn't on Ebay

Can anyone offer help? There is a very real sounding ad on Ebay for the P990 and he claims to have stock. DId anyone or would anyone buy this phone from them?? Please offer your thoughts. Im truly driving myself mad!!! Thank you

Well, i am tired of waiting for this phone. Now i hear its coming out in July. I am currently using the 910 and looking for a change. its been too long. There are no other phones in the market that compare to the practicallity of the 900/910. I guess we will just have to wait. A full review of this phone is available on www.clubsonyericsson.com

ok rumours floating around, ive called carphonewarehouse and other internet forums that it will be release in 2nd week of may!
offline confirmed price is £499.00! hopefully it will be cheaper for me on an upgrade with 02..

No one can tell why the phone was taken away from the market. But to inform you, the phone is still much available in some stocks, which ours is among.

Looks like the p990 is dead on announcement.... long delay between announcement and launch .... also low ratings on GSM .... Samsung seems promising wit the i830... GSM can you give us an update on the same as also is nokia launching a sucessor the 9500i

Does anybody know the maximum ms pro duo that the p990i can withstand? Is the quality of the video good? What is the limit time for video recording? Which would you recommend p990o or nokia n80 and why?
