Does anybody keep getting the message say "insert sim"? I've gone back to the place the got the phone and already got a brand new sim, and it still doing this to me. I have to turn it on and off again at least 3-4 times a day. I just got this phone last weekend and I want to throw it away already!!!

Hey! forget the cracking keys or small keyboard. The S500 has bad battery problems. You can expect 2 days max with normal use and less if you listen to music with a Bluetooth. Check it out.

i got the phone when it first came out, only about 2 months ago and 8 keys have cracked already. need to get it repaired.

I had this phone bec. my aunt. bought me this phone and I hate the color of the phone is so ugly and the keypads easily cracks when seldomly use...

here's another update for you all:
i have the contrasted copper phone, and my #1 button on the keypad just cracked yesterday, which is just super disappointing. that said, it's actually not that noticeable, and the phone still functions. i think that i'll wait a little longer to see if more buttons crack before i look into getting the keypad replaced. but all in all, it doesn't really bother me.

it is a very smart and beautiful mobile.but it has certain drawbcka also. ita vry hard to use its key pad because of small buttons and also they crack.

Hi to everyone!eversince I'm a avid fan of SE phones because of its features,design,good camera,better sound,unique design and alot of more over it's no.1 competitor Nokia who is rank no.1 in mobile phone manufacturing in the world but It is only base on it's sale and shipping but when it comes to features Nokia looses. Nokia only manages to be no.1 because of popularity and it's becomes 1st mobile manufacturer hit the masses and Sony joined Ericson a couple of years after...
S500 is a very nice phone for I will buy that when i get my first salary on my first job..

S500 is "S" to all features, very handy, sporty and sexy look over all the phones. But one disadvantage is that there's no FM Radio and low phone memory.

hey there , just wondering if you can help me, i just boought this phone 4 days ago, i like it but the themes wont change the menu at all, it only change the colours but not the icons or anything else , can you help me?

hi there, there are so many comments about the cracking keypad, well, that´s the truth, they will crack at some point, i got 10 days with the cell and eventually it started to crack, :( i really like it, it looks cool with nice features, but and ineficient keypad :(

wow .. i think this phone is rather stylish in my oppinion !! .. i just love the two colours together the tomatoey red and the peachy orange ... i quite like the slide i hope its not stiff i also like the button

Its not lies they do crack get your facts right maybe you got a good one in time unless your lucky theyll crack

The best phone i have ever got. The buttons dont crack easily. They are lies. I play with the keypad all the time. And i had it for more than 3 months. I got the green phone

I Got This Phone Just Under 3 Weeks ago and the #5 on my keypad has a small crack, but to tell you the truth...........I DON'T CARE!!!! I LOOOVE this phone too much to care, and besides, the crack isn't sumthing that affects its performance, i'll recommend this phone any day, cracked keypad and all!!!
