The keypad function is fixed if your phoen is manufactored passed week 27 its week 27 phones that are the problem and anything before it.

Im back again, and just bought the 2GB M2 card.
Now it fits the way it has to be, and works great, no delay or wathever on the phone.
So it does support 2GB M2

Hi i wanna know does the s5OOi support 2GB M2 flashcard???? because if not id buy a 1GB M2
And yesterday i bought a 2GB Micro SD card it seems to fit but i doesnt (its little smaller than M2 and it doesnt click, but most a$of all the s500i coudnt work with it (format failed everytime), so guess i bought "a not M2 card".

I was wondering if this phone really allows MP3s for ringtones? This site says yes. Sony Ericssons site seems to say no.

Just bought this phone. There is just one word to describe this phone... AMAZING! I absolutely love it. Sony Ericsson's built quality is certainly the best of all. This one is highly recommended, in black colour.

anyone know if the s500i in contrasted copper having any problems with the keypad or just the green/black one???

my god! first crack on 1 after only 5 days of using! I wonder if it's going too hurt more....
I'm sure it wasn't my fault!

hey ppl .... i think its agr8 device ... but some 1 told me that it may have a major problem with keypads !!! is any 1 knows about this ??

The "i" stands for international. There is also a S500c for mainland China. The 500i is for release in Europe and North America.

I have a week 31 s500i on ATT (cingular) network.... great coverage...
yes, it does come with headphones
yes, it does have changeable themes
only question is.... is there a way to change the Camera (not picture) orientation to portrait, and not landscape. i noticed that one picture i took is in portrait, while all my other pics are in Landscape.

i had bought one for only 2 weeks n the key 2 and 4 are cracking.i brought it bec to the shop tat i bought but they said tat the accessories are not in warranty.instead, they also dun hav the stock of tat part.really bad...

i think that my best guess for what the "i" stands for international? just because the S500C is for china, and the S500i is for everyone else, but i'm not 100% sure thats what it stands for
