Looks like I'll be buying a W910 when it's released. My S500 now has 5 cracked keys! I really think this phone is superb in all ways except for the key crack issue.
Has anyone sent theirs in for service here in the US? Anyone have a # for Sony?

I actually owed the black one sold it and got the yellow one. The keys crack down the middle. it doesn't look "that bad". Thats the only thing about the phone that you'll have to worry about everything else about the phone is GREAT!!!

It's nice!!! Ive got one. but the main problem is The f..... keys, they are cracken just after one week!!!!!!

Its been great phone, very stylish phone, its keypad works properly if u use it very carefully, overall it is good
and its camera features are too good.

yes the phone is beautiful but the cracking problem is for real, I was really gentle with the keys and I did not use them much, but still after about 10 days the cracks just appeared, 4 at once, right in the middle.. Now, another 2.. and no solution offered from the service and the SE reps.. I don't understand why they don't manage this proved problem with this otherwise very promising model..

But the W580 has 'Mega Bass' coz it is a Walkman phone. But the S500 looks much better!!!

Very Stylish and Elegant... But still love my K800...
Does the keys really crack? theyre made of rubber right? Just bought my girl this phone and i just told her that peeps here are saying that the keys are delicate so she needs to be more carefull/gentle with the phone...
I checked the phone out and it seems to be built solidly... I dunno... Maybe ur fingers are just too big... or ur using ur fingernails to press the keys... and knowing that they do crack, try to consider being more gentle on the thing.... haha...

I just bought the spring yellow color, it is really cool and the sales person install me many themes, I love the theme of Doraemon. Love the phone very much.

This is the worst S***T phone i have bought the 4 keys has already cracked in jus about 1 week. WHY DO THEY EVEN THINK OF MAKING THIS PHONE!!! Stupid sony ericcson very very angry and disappointed in buying this phone... and i will never buy sony ericson!
