Will you be kind enough and tell me what did you get out of this may 28th announcement? You guys made it look like SE is going to answer everything about IDOU on 28th. End result: You got a new NAME. That's all. Why we even supposed to compare this to any model? It's always "unfinished" and will remain so for another 4 months. Then there will be another "BIG" announcement.

to all se fans..
dont worry about pixon 12 coz it doesnt mean satio is bad but it is a competition...i dont think samsung camera can beat EXMOR, i just like samsung pixon 12 coz the screen quality but the other features are usual things not special for me...satio is a smartphone but pixon 12 is not a smartphone, both phones are diff...though both phones use the same 12MP camera...

SE put up a 28mm wide angle lens and a power LED flash too!!!!! And HD recording please!!!!!!! And customize your s60 UI with the new media center just like the AINO!!!!!! Please make the UI go faster!!!!!! Please take out the long renowned Purple fringing and your red to pink problem in your image quality!!!!! Please name the model as CW800 (cyber walkman phone) or something!!!!
By a year after
We might even have Sony's DSLR camera as a mobile phone (alpha) That would be so great (but bulky)

This competition is very healthy and this is the reason that comapnies are trying to do their best .

satio coz it is a smartphone and use omap 3430. pixon 12 coz the screen quality is great. both phones are great, nokia is looser

Oh ic, it went back to Symbian S60 5th edition...ooooooooo..oh wait now it comes with 8gb microSD. Waooo! Everything else remains where it was right? Ya keep hoping keep dreaming and keep posting BIG talks like this is not yet doen..se will improve and bla bla. That's standard SE now. And just to remind you, don't even think of comparing this to HD. This is coming no where close to it. Even Pixon12 will be in the market before this. So those with big moth, who kept fighting for it, I feel sorry for you.

who cares about samsung pixon12, its looks like the old pixon, nothing is new except for 12MP...this satio is slow but a new look & design even in UI....
SE is taking their time, no need to rush, maybe this phone is equip with 850Mhz processor...
look at SE new phone aino and the other one which is the first phone release by SE equip with great features....see no need to be rush, samsung take your time in june....

OH MY GOD! Samsung have announced their new 12MP phone but from the looks of it, it's really a killer. Sony Ericsson, you better get your act right if you want to outperform the Pixon 12. It have a wide angle lens and also Xenon plus better recording capabilities. This will be a tough war since your Satio will be 4 months late. May I suggest you put in HIGH QUALITY lens like the NOKIA Carl Zeiss and also supreme sensor like EXMOR so that Satio can beat all the 12MP phone to come. Sony Ericsson, Satio is like your salvation and you guys must make it the creme de la creme in order to survive. Survival is always for the FITTEST. SE, DON'T LOSE OUT!

but still, Satio is symbian.

Satio will going to have a competition as far as camera is concern. The Samsung Pixon will going to have an upgrade. It will sport a 12mp cam equipped with Xenon and LED Flash. Wi-fi is also added.

There will be no point to still talking about EXMOR here. Satio is almost final in every aspects, the specs are near to be done. It perhaps only need little changes before it runs to the market. If SE changes the module on the retail version, so the announcement in London last week was pointless.
Sony always publishing this new type of sensor camera to their new cameras, coz well, it is, EXMOR successfully increased the picture qualities. So EXMOR is a selling point for SE. If Sony never mentioned it on Satio, I believe it won't be in Satio. Hope it will be in other SE phones.
