this phone is the best phone in the world!!!!!!!!! thre is no bad points about it the camera is like 2.0 instead of 1.3. 256mb now that is gooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooood! my mp3 is 32mb and it can hold 34 songs, think how many that can hold. take my advice and buy it you wont regret it 1 bit. its brill!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My W550i have a problem, the shopper mobile phone say software phone is gone i don't know why gone, i using only for 2 weeks, damn bad.

I dont think that the camera is blurry...U can get good photos when u choose fine picture mode and use the largest picture size.
I always upload photos to my website taken from my w550i and they look really good compared to other camera phones even in a big size

Hey guyz, i've been using dis great phone for de past 5months & so far haven't came across any probs as bein stated here. But, recently when i transfered video clips in mp4 format to my phone, it jerks alot. And the song & the scene in the video clip doesn't come in sequence. It looks terrible especially when u have song with lotta dance scenes in it. Coz when its being played, the song comes first followed by the scene.. If any1 could help on dis, plz do so.. I wanna utilize dis superb phone 2de max.. THX !!!

Hi frnds,
No wonder this is one of best phones available in the market with great features, I am using this phone from past 4 months and no issues till now.
Belive me only drawback in this phone is night pictures or images in dark area are blurry.
This is correct choice for MUSIC LOVERS

like i sed , if u dont want loads of memory or excellent camera quality then go for it ! dnt be down of wat other people say its ur call init !

this phone is very rubbish quality and not very clear my screens sracked and i only dropped it on the field outside my house if u were lookin to bye this phone i would advise u not 2 bye it thank you

good phone the camera is brill quality and the style is well thought out i especially like the built in mp3 player no need to go out and bye 1 as the phone has enough memory anyway fnx for lookin bye

OMG this phone is absolutely brilliant its features are excellant truely a masterpiece its memory is enough to put anything of choice and enough to last no need to mak room for things to add just amazing i rate it 10/10

I'm using this fone n its simply gr8 its quite comfortable n looks good, sound of the fone is awesome all my friends r buying dis fone but can anyone tell me why this fone get hang sometime , it happens with my fone or every fone.

hi every1 have a few comments on this phone! it only has 256 mb of storage space - take 30 of that storage space away so ur phone dont consist any problems which becomes 226mb also take away another 30mb for firmwave upgradence = 186 mb and finally take away the amount that is already stored on the phone that you cant delete n ur left with around 180mb so dont be exicted by that big number "256" because its not that much ( also if u ike to download games as my self )!!!! if you want a music phone then DO NOT BUY THIS u wont have enough storage space!!! if u want a good walkman phone either go for w800i , w900 or w810 NOT THIS !! but if u just like the design and wuldnt mind a few tracks here a few pics there and games etc then this is the phone for you !
but if you want more than just here and there than i recommend the other selection of choices - its your call :)

I have this phone about 3 days ago.the phone is great! but the camera quality is very2 bad.the camera quality is even worst and very unpleasant in the dark place.
I compare with my friend phone samsung x700,it has great quality.It's the same 1,3 MP.
If I update the firmware,can it solve the problem???
tell me how to solve this problem...

U need not go to 'zedge' to download themes for ur W550i....instead u can access this link ---http://www.myw550.lasyk.net/. There are thousands of wonderful themes, wallpapers, ringtones(only this section is not that satisfactory), games and a few softwares. I will request you to visit this site coz it is exclusively dedicated to Sony-Ericsson. Also Particularly, the themes in this site are wonderful! Just take a journey over here and u will be amazed by their huge collection.Just download all the stuffs from the site into ur PC and transfer them to ur cellfone through the USB Data Cable. Happy surfing....

the current price for this mobile phone in the phone house in Belgium is €209. In which city did you buy this? normally they won't sell an illegal phone so you should be happy to have bought one so cheap ;)
