Hi All,
I bought this phone a week before. Its a very stylish, slim and light weight phone. The things I like:- Nice sound both in Earphone and Speaker phone for music. Very good and uncomparable screen controst. Slim and stylish. Shake control, Track id and pedometer.
Things I dislike:- Poor Battery, No flash & auto focus.
But in day time the Camera is awesome. Only thing is Battery, no probs you have to charge it everyday. Expect this the phone is very nice and I love it.

guys this phone is a piece of crap
the keys crack and that is a known issue on this phone.

I know exactly what you're describing! I have the same problem with my phone. It's very annoying! I have a friend with the same phone and it has no problems. Looks like we got lemons.

I got this phone for Christmas and absolutely loved it. I took it every where with me. Until one day I went to see my mum where she worked and it sundennely froze so I took the battery out and put it back in and it still didn't work. Has anybody else had this problem?

I loved the phone since the very first time I saw it.. so I bought it a week ago..
I had a very great time with it, until I realized that there's a part of my ph tht's not as tight as what it should be. It's in the right bottom of the front side, I don't know how to explain it but I really think it isn't supposed to be like that.
Everytime I press that part, there's clicking sound, and I keep pressing it because I thought it'll make it tighter..
does it happen to all w580 or it's just my bad luck to get a bad product..? what should I do about it?

You hold on to the walkman sign, then you shake the phone side to side, and it will vibrate a little to show that it detected it, do this while a song is playing
