do not buy phone. buttons will crack. it's very light, but if you're not a heavy texter, i highly recommend. but if you mainly text, i wouldn't recommend this phone. overall, everything works great but the buttons will crack

my 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 keys have all cracked no wonder they are goin for around £100 in the uk...u would have thought with this phone being so stylish that sony ericsson would have fixed this problem...they have the potential to be a succesful seller

Amazing phone! Just wish the keypad was better designed! Had it only three months and half of the keys on the keypad have cracked in half - I don't even use it that much and am a light texter (don't press the keys very hard). A big shame as its a very comft keypad. Apart from that it's great!

design n lights fantastic.. 8th day my wife's using the phone.. button 5 and 8 cracked.. we are bringing back to shop & get a new one.. not sure if wanna get back the same model..
