I have got this phone which I upgradeed from the W800i I think its great as it is easy to use and I have already 120 songs on it with loads of room left for more! only on a 512 memory card

I bought it 4 days ago, I'm not a big fan of the cell phones: I'm 24 years old and this is the first phone I bought, but I must say that I'm really happy with it. The battery is lasting me one day now, but I think that it will last me longer when I get bored of playing with the phone.
UPs: Lights. Camera (when there's sunlight). The size (it's really small). Price. Music integration. All the accesories that includes.
DOWNs: Lack of flash. The plug for the hands it's on its side and sometimes bothers me. The worst is the quality of the video recorder I thought it would be better

I've had this phone for 6 weeks was very very happy with it one of the best phones i've ever had until saturday, when i went to bed i put the phone on silent, woke up to find no power, tried turning on but would not switch on nor would it charge, very strange as never had any problems with a sony ericsson, has been sent for a repair but have not heard what problem is, will update once i know.

i buy W580i today...i buy it for my girlfriend...i buy the Urban Grey one (the colors is absolutely magnificent,the blue detail was beautiful)
there's no real problem, battery is good, sliding mekanism is a lil' bit shakky (like it's said) but it's okay, handy, keypad is comfortable...but the most important thing : the sound is great & loud, display is amazing, lighteffect is unique, and the design looks fantastic to me...fit, thin, and stylish...
great phone...
i give this phone 9 point from 10...

i'm about to buy new phone for me..
well i think this phone suits for teenager boys that likes music like me.I have done many surveys and compare with other phone.It doesn't have 3G but does'nt necessary to me.I always on sms,people says about the keypad cause many problem but i think not every products are design the needs of us.So i'll go with this one.I will buy this in Malaysia. Grey colour will be different from other phones,heh..

We bought this phone last Friday at Greenhills here in the Philippines. It's nice, very slim and just right for a lady. I got the white one coz they don't have other colors available that time. It comes with a warranty card for SE service centers and that promo paper which you can use to purchase SE products at SE authorized outlets for a low price. We're thinking of buying the 2gb m2 coz it's just 500 pesos.
The fone is nice. The themes are colorful. The light effects just consume the battery very much so the battery life lasts for just more than a day. The keypads are fine too. I just experienced something today. I deleted all messages in my sent items but the phone went off. I tried turning it on but it won't for about 2 mins. Then I pressed it one last, nothing happened. I just laid it down then it turned on. Hmm???
Anyways, except for the battery life, this phones really great.

hi guys, i bought this phone 4 days ago and i have no other problems about this except the battery. the battery is really weak. i give it a 4 out of 5 due to the battery. this phone is so good! this is my 4th se phone! before i was using W800i, W900i, W810i.

I have this phone since 21st o september... so far so good, no sign of crack and the sliding isnt flimsy as some people who complain bout it. the sliding mechanism is very solid on my phone. Anyway i Give it a 4.5 out of 5. Two thumbs up. my battery is week 34 and my phone is week 35.

Yes, all Walkman phones include a RDS radio tuner.
Going back to the color.:) Thanks for your opinion, I thought that the white one should be more representative, as the Walkman itself has orange and white. I'll go for the white one, hopefully the shop has it on stock.
As soon as I'll buy this phone I'll share you my review, maybe it will help someone.

Hi, I have bought this phone a week back , amazing phone but one problem i am facing is i can receive data files through bluetooth but cannot send it to any one .. has any one faced this problem , can u help me .

i think the white one looks cooler. the plastic quality is a little bit better than w810i. and i bought mine on thursday.

Hi there guys. I've finally decided: Tuesday I'll buy this great W580 phone.
But the big question is: which color should I choose between white and gray?
I need some opinions about the quality of the plastic, and it's look. Does the white one get dirty faster that the grey one? Does the grey one look more sexy than the white one?
