kunni, 04 May 2009battery pack up no.listining music amesingI have had this phone for 3 yrs in pink, and never experienced any problems, the keypad is a bit hard to type text in but otherwise its great. As with all sony erisson phones the sound is excellent.

i had the black one and my sistet had the pink one the best one is black but its anoying as fuck it breaks eassilly and it gets anoying theres no point of this phone it should be canceled

I ABSOLUTELY HATE THIS PHONE AND THESE ARE THE REASONS!:
1) I dropped this phone ONCE like from 3ft hight and the little button the white "back button" fell off
2)I charged the phone for one night and when I woke up the battery was still "0%" as in blank, if it is fully charged it is GREEN but when I woke up it was white meaning there was no battery (happened 10 times)
3)The keypad is really hard to control when you type texts
4) Bluetooth connections fail basic ally EVERYTIME
I recommend people not to buy this phone if you are planning to use it for a long time. I only bought this phone for 5 months and this is what happened.

But the comments are just ma... moreyes the keys on mine broke within a month i have done been through two of them now my second one's keys are already broke and now it's doing off the wall stuff turning cracy color's and going black for couple mins it sucks i would never get this phone again.

this phone REALLY piss me off, i just stan by the phone n the batery just slowly drop. where the batery gone???
i didn't use it 4 call/game/music.SUCKK!!!!

I agree, this phone is quite sensitive to moisture. My LCD screen has gone blank coz of the moisture.

I have had the phone about 14 months and have had only 1 serious problem, and that is moisture damage. It appears this phone is extremely sensitive to any moisture, unlike any phone I ever had. Finally, Bluetooth function is down and can't be repaired. Other than this, ecxellent phone all the way around. Just wish I didn't encounter this stupid problem twice.

hey its a great phone had it for about a year, works fine for being a walkman. not camera, my 2 year old evens plays with it.sony ericsson rocks !!!!!

Do not take the back off! I tried so that I could get the sim card, and my back won't go on right anymore! =(

I have had two of these phones one in grey, keypad split and it felt loose sent it to sony and they repaired it within 5 days. The black one I have had since june 08 and it gets used for texting lots . Every phone has its faults but i love this model, the lights on it and the themes it has. its a really good phone for the price.

What do you expect? it's a walkman phone, it is designed for Music Lifestyle. Why dont you try the sony ericsson K850i Cyber-shot if you are looking for a good camera. I have this phone for 3 months now.

sony ericsson w580I this phone is bad very bad i have it goes in flight mode automatic after removing and again puting battrey it comes in normal mode sound quality is low level, keys r not so good, camera sucks very bad phone pls dont buy w 580 i it is the worst phone i have used in my life....

Had this phone for more than a year now and all was good untill a few weeks ago, the screen stopped working and now the whole phone just doesnt want to turn on at all! Im really annoyed and im NOT paying to get this fixed seeing as i didnt damage it myself, it jsut stopped working on its own! Can i get this fixed for free in the shop where i got it?
