im sorry bt this phone SUCKS seriously i hav had this phone 4 times alredy it is CRAP......i really like it how it works bt it breaks soo easily the speakers and the screen....all the other people out there that want this phone i advise u NOT TO GET IT because its gonna cost u a fortune to keep fixin

I've had this W580 for 8 months...
+Sound is great (Especially with earphone!!)shape is nice, camera is good as well
Shake feature ease you to switch to the next song
-KEYPAD IS BLOODY HELL!I've replaced it with S500 keys..
at the beginning was ok but further, the space key is malfunction as well as top left key!!
Doesn't have flash light
Can be easily dropped when u ain't hold em tight!
I'm gonna buy Nokia 5320 or SE W395.. any advice on which one is better guys.. please lemme know

Regarding this phone, here are some pros and cons
i encountered after one month of using it:
-the cons
1. yup, the keypad does break, but probably because of the frequent texting and gaming
2. NOT "drop-proof". first time i dropped this had some small chips but still functional
3. Video is really not that good compared with other phones
-the pros:
1. awesome slide phone. the style and design looks great
2. excellent features. you can do a lot with this phone. shake feature is cool too
3. clear and crisp camera

hey everyone i just wana say this is an awesome phone but mostly for the music and unfortunately the web browser isnt that excellent as a nokia e71 but still is a great phone . . . . .
the only thing that put me off was the poor keypad :(
other than that NOTHING!

it is very bad for soundand camera clarity then it s internet connections is very fast then a simple good phone and its very hot deal

Its a very stylish ,slim,slide i have been using this mobile past 1 year and it has not given any type of problem about keypad or display it is awsome mobile those who want buy this can buy it without any fear or tension

i had this phone before it lasted me a godd little while and took quite a few drops and functioned perfectly anyways the buttons have cracked after text messaging frequently over a one year period but regardless it didn't effect the function of the phone in any way i would recomend it its a new model but it gives what it offers

I really wanna get this phone. But the comments are just making me think twice if I'm gonna buy it or not. It just looks so cool! I feel like I wanna ignore those comments and buy it but I'm scared. Do the keys really break even if you're careful?

I have had this phone since it came out, close to/if not 2 years. I drop it probably at least a thousand times a day, and it keeps right on ticken! The only thing i've noticed is that the sound is definatly not what it was when it was brand new, and all the keyboard buttons, (with the exception of 0 and *) are cracked. The only one that I have any dificulty with is the pound key which sucks since it is also the space key. All in all, I love this phone, but I do know someone that has had nothing but problems with hers from the start.

Hey, i've had this phone for just over a year now. It has been a very good phone and i like it.
Just afew problems though.
1)About 4 months after i had got it, the camera stopped working, it still doesn't work.
2)It doesn't handle well to being dropped, and it doesn't help when you have butter fingers.
After it was pushed out my hands the back pretty muck broke off and the power button fell down the back, i had to, turn it on and off with a pen.
I have now given up on this phone and i am looking for a new one.
