Had the phone for about..urm 9months..was going great til june 08 and then all the buttons cracked, got that replaced 2 times, now the space bar and right arrow dont work, any ideas? it also flashes "press unlock blah" like constantly even when its not being touched...

hey ive had some problems with my phone we got our phones in june my husband has no problems with his phone but mine will shut off and not come back on and gives me the red light of death by the end button. what the hell is up with that its happend 3 times now but this time i cant get it back on. and my 2 key is cracked. should i take it back and hopefully they give me a good one or what talk to me ppl.

im using this excellent piece since 1year.the battery is good.slight problem is with keypad.light display is too good.i handle my phone very carefully.only 1 problem is im not able use my shuffle feature.anyone there 2 help me plz....

The best phone i have ever owned. Got the black and orange version and damn it is Soooo sexy! The side light give it an unbelievably cool look. And if you set the Strobe theme the side LEDs keep changing colour automatically! How cool is that! The speakers have above average bass but the bass delivered with the included earbuds and megabass enabled simply blows you away! Had it for a couple of months and have sent 60,000 SMS and none of the keys have cracked. The step counter is really accurate and a fun app too. This stylish design cannot ever be matched by any nokia in The world. They had such a great chance with the 6300's side LEDs but in the end it was another simple bar phone. The N95 is heavy and bulky. Only the 8XXX series can match its style and they are overpriced and featureless.

keypads for this phone do crack as my gf hp's keypad cracks too, might want to consider changing to its cousin 760i

Great phone for about 6 months, after that, it turned to crap. They number 6 key cracked, it has completely frozen three times, the screen has totally given out once, and the quality is poor, the finish starts rubbing away and the top keys start coming out. I recommend that you look elsewere than Sony Ericsson. Try Nokia or HTC, much better quality.

Love the phone very much, display is amazing! But hate to see the colors of the navigation keys washing away without reason! superb as a music phone! games r coolest! KeYpADs do crack! keypads do carck (2 lines because they really crack!) Never hanged even once! Talking is very satisfying..... try to avoid buying it because of the keypad...but that's not noticing at all!

the phone has no problem . only the outside keapad maybe break from the hard using but they change . but the outside keapad they dont have anything with the machine inside.

ive had two of these phones and after about three months the phone stopped working and the keypad buttons cracked

do u hv any suggestion on S.N or nokia phone..? how about N76..?

well, where do i start, i had the phone for nearly a year and everything was okay until after about 3 months the buttons started to crack and then the back come off and now the whole thing has had to be send off to be repaired, so i would recommend this phone to anyone unless they dont mind forever sending it off to be fixed!!!!!

okay so i just got this phone 4 days ago. and its works really great... it has a loud speaker!
the only thing i dont like about it is that it takes FOREVER! to send ringtones and send pics... and that runs down the battery and it sucks!!
but overall its a great phone!!
i have the orange and white one!
