I bought my phone 7 months ago and have had it in for repairs 3 times already! I am really disappointed in the phone! My keypad cracked and the top left keys wont work. Although it is a really awesome phone, I strongly advise anyone not to buy it...

got this fon abt 2 months ago. so far so good. i browse the internet smoothly with it however i have this problem tho; it hangs when i want to check my email in hotmail or yahoo and need to turn off the set. any solution to this problem? thanx. kwame

Hey! I am now on my third W580i. Two faulty and second one sent in for repair lost by courier only to be replaced by lucky number 3. Despite this I love my phone! Just wanted to know if anyone else is having battery problems? I seem to be charging this baby up every day! I probably only talk on max 2 hours a day and spend about 3 hours on the internet, send about 25 messages a day. Does this seem right?

Can someone please help me with this problem ?
When I use my USB to transfer the pictures, the FILE, I mean the Sony Ericsson w580i comes. . But when I click on it. . No files like PICTURE, VIDEO, etc. . comes !

Hey Guys. . I'm writing this post for the people who haven't bought the phone and are confused about the keys cracking and stuff.
I got this phone on 10th April and since then I have sent 400+ messages. . But I haven't faced a problem like the Keys Cracking. . I have the Metro Pink colour and the Phone is just too GOOD ! I have no idea why people are saying not to buy it. . Only the battery life goes like MAD when you're talking on the phone !

this fone really sucks..its horrible pls don get this phone mates...3 of my frds bought this fone along with me,all of us are facing a lot problems now..motherboard failure,keypad crack,camera malfunctioning,battery problem.. its not worth the money u spend on it

yeah a micro sd card (upto 8g) is compatible with the w580i.tho i think you have to buy one separately...

wasup! is the w580 compatible wit a 2g, 4g or 8g memomry card? do any of these cards hinder the performance of the phone in any way?

yayy im getting this cell next week. guess ill have to use it carefully coz everyones complaining about the keys....but many ppl told me tht the new w580is dont have tht problem anymore....is tht true??

ive had this h/s about 5 mnths and its great its easy to use great looking and durable dnt know what every one else is doing but my keys are fine lol

This phone is cute. Doesn't do much but if you don't need a thousand features it's great.

its good phone , sound is nice and good , camera is more than normal , screen is exellent , because the color is shiny and warm on screen and very nice , but this phone has a problem, the button are crackd.
