Hi every one I'm Panduka from Sri Lanka I am hoping to by this phone soon. Resently I was going throug the coments about this phone, there are good coments about this phone,I was trying to by nokia 6233 or Sony Ericsion k 750 , or w810 So your coments help me to choose theis one its a good thing that the coments are there.

It is a great phone. Excellent battery life. Music quality is fantastic. Camera is good. Sleek and good looking. Good value for money.

dis fone has everything what one wants.. the music clarity is awesome compared 2 other phones. if ur a music lover then go for in for this cool fone........

mine has gloss service!
The batt life is very good! The e-mail client is much better than the one in W810i. I like the display very much...the fonts are bigger and eaiser to read. Opera mini looks very nice on that screen :) Very good phone !!!

Got the phone and my first word is FANTASTIC!
The phone scores in every area:
1. Nice design
2. Excellent navigation buttons
3. Cool Walkman 2.0 interface
4. Superior Camera
5. Clear sound (both in speaker and ear phones)
6. Superb Radio
7. Very good display
Disadvantages are:
1. Keys require some time to get used to
2. Video may not be good
This phone is jus awesome.
If u r thinking of buying a phone with good sound, a nice camera, decent battery life and with all features, jus forget all other phones.
Final words: This phone is many times better than the N-Series in the same range.

I agree with that. Digital zooming is a bad thing for a 2 mega pixel camera. After zooming what we will get is a fully scratchy, pixelated big size picture...which is not worth looking in a big screen.
If the pictures taken are just for viewing in the phone.. then digital zoom comes handy. (that's y they made zooming option in lower resolutions like 640 x 480 ) otherwise don't need it.

Digital zoom is merely cropping away at a larger picture, so Sony Erisson just gives you the option to zoom and give you a photo of the correct amount of pixels. Unlike other manufacturers who artificially make the pictures bigger.

Tink its true cause my W850i has the same problem...i can only zoom in VGA mode.

Is it true that the camera DOES NOT have zoom in modes other then VGA???

I've had it for about 5 days now. Great upgrade from W810...it does everything W810 even better! Great phone!!!! Now I have to get a 4GB M2 stick...when it comes out :)The best thing is the fact that you can run more JAVA programs at the same time. With the 810 you can't run Opera mini and your camera...with this one you can!!!

It has TFD. Comsumes less power than TFT and is comparable, but not quite as sharp. The normal average user will not detect a hint of difference.
