agk, 24 Mar 2009ok.. thx.. im gonna buy w980 this week.. whats ur sugges... moreWell....feature wise W705 is better than W980, e.g. W705 has WiFi/WLAN. on the other hand W980 has external display and some touch music keys. But I suggest u to read as much review as possible of both the phones before making any decision. dnt just go with comparing features, try to find out if the features work well or not. besides gsmarena u can also try mobile-review.com for review

B, 21 Mar 2009Does anyone else have this problem? slide your phone out ... moreHi B i have the same phone i got today, on 24 month contract on optus the phone is nice but im worried about that slide i noticed the gap and mine is a bit shacky when you slide up i hope it want be broken when i close slide is solid but when open is moving a bit that why im worried or must be like that?regards

Had a hands-on with this fon last saturday in one of the shop in MG Road. Its nice and handy, a little bit woble but its not a problem. Unfortunately I wasnt able to explore its functions since its a display item and no battery to power on. Its an order basis at this time. And it cost around 14K Rs.

w705 is very good mobile.
i love this mobile.
its having clear audio xperience.
and 3.2mp.
auto rotate screen.
google maps.
x picture story.
i heve w705 it^s good.

i think n78 is better than w705 because its cheaper and it already has a gps.. maybe the only advantage of w705 is the speed of 3g

Omg it lasts 1.5 days MAX!!
Thats when i only send and receive about 30 texts :(
Does nayone know how i can improve the battery without changing it from 3g to 2g?

buy HPM-70 headphones. These have rubber ear-buds that sits firmly inside the ear, kind of noise suppressing. u'll get crisp sound quality along with exact loud bass. I have used both HPM-70 and HPM-64, the later has poor bass quality compared to this

the sound experiance is very bad.....
u wil get better clarity in samsung mobiles like f270/ m3510

best phone for it's price. the G705 is not available in australia and the W705 was almost exactly the same, only without GPS, but it has google maps anyway. best decision i've ever made

I paid 270+shipping from Germany, I love it, it is just the slider is wobbly and it gets on my nerves.But it is really cheap 220 euros
