just a reminer peeps,
take a look around 'The Arena'. Literally hundreds of 'gladiators' stand here...those too old to fight,those now coming up, the elite,those that battled their way up to the pinnacle of their respective classes...
then they are those that have STAYED at the top. With competittors rising and falling all around them,they stayed at the top.
Our dear SE W810 is one of those phones!!
Even as we stand at the the brink of a new year, a new age in Mobile Technology, this one will be one of the few contenders that will step over the edge.
and when the dust of battle clears, it surely WILL be standing.

I m using this phone for 2 months now....
its great to have it....sound quality is superb and camera is also good...
u will be amazed that i have taken more than 1200 pics with it... well i m a picx freak...
i love taking pics whenever i m on tour or went out with friends....
pics r awesome....but at night result is not as good as in day...
loving it....

i logged on to Zedge and tried to create a profile but every name i tried was already taken. i mean EVERY NAME!!! about (200...seriously) even names i made up! i can never get through!!

i have had to replace my W810i 3 times (meaning i have bought this phone 3 times) in the past year and a half, first phone buttons stuck they couldn't repair, second phone one day it just died never to revive again, 3rd phone is not charging, they say board is damaged. can u guys imagine i have 3 W810i's that are beyond repairs if u ask me this is not a durable phone...

to use headset to make/receive calls:
1. put 'Headset' profile on
2. press and hold # to put on silent
after then, when phone rings u will hear it only in headset

I bought a w810i last week. the stereo headset provided is not working when i make/receive calls in headset mode. otherwise it works when handled normally. Headset works with walkman too. only problem is when make/recieve call with headset.
Any advice friends..?

does it sound HIGH?? or low..and is the music PURE..?

- it has the best 2MP phone camera available in the market: try to compare it to other 2MP phone camera even with the 3MP and you'll
- can support a 4GB memory stick and still fast- cool MegaBass when listening to music: use HPM-82 ear phones not the HPM-70 that came with the package =)
- very durable build
- comfortable keypads and shortcut keys are very useful
- i'm stil waiting for it's successor: unfortunately i can't seem to find one in new SE models

lately, i've been experimenting with media formats compatible with W810i
For Audio formats:
AAC - ranks top of the list
MP4 - falls second
MP3 - is a sore third
In the Video Lineup
3GP - well, don't even ask! lol
MP4 - is the ideal format
NB: all of these were encoded from the SAME source file with IDENTICAL output quality settings
taking into consideration that I have only a 512MB Sandisk with great demand for space

phone is a beauty. but i jus got some spashes of water on it and the phone is dead. worser part no waranty coverage. and according to the service personnal it only got 50% of working chance.
