Q and all others with battery cover problem.
Here is how you can open the cover. Squeeze the sides of the battery cover with one hand and push the Walkman button forward with the other hand.

the phone is great .battery can last 2 to 3 days depending on usage .The sound on the phone is good and is a even better model than SE W800I .the speaker is also quite loud .Overall good handphone to use and lighter than most Nokia new model like N70

I saw on the official site of sony ericsson that memory stick 2gb is the maximum capacity this model suports. Is that true or can I risk to buy the memory stick 4gb?
If this mobile suport 4gb would be wonderfull.
does anyone here already has one memory stick 4gb and tried to use it on the phone?

As I read here, it seems that some have problems with the battery life. Are the Li-Po SE batteries better?

I had the same problem too, took it back to the dealer & they open it up for me. The next day, same problem again occured. So frustrated!!!

don't listen to those opinion truely this phone is the best..try it you will never regret it.you will never notice it if you only see the specs try it yourself to find the difference of this phone to W800i..this is the best!!!.never mind them their NOoBs!!

usually up to 350 h (thats about 2 weeks) and if you talk for 8 hrs it will be out of battery.

Austin, i convert my mp3 to m4a format, u need a converter for that and it works. haven't tried the aac format as yet

hi guys i m using this phone for 2 months. i have i problem , on specification it says that it supports aac files, but when some one try to send me aac file through bluetooth it says unknown file formate. anyone facing the same problem? Please Help

The W810 is a good phone. I've used SE before and it's lived up to all my expectations. The only problem is, MY BATTERY COVER IS JAMMED. I CAN'T GET IT TO OPEN. This is after only opening it ONCE to put my SIM and battery in. Now it's JAMMED. Any ideas?

i am a cell phone dealer...i know bit more in phones...i am using this phone from last 6 months...its a very compact & stylish phone..very handy & componants used in it is extraordinary of quality...if you want to show off...then go for i-mate K-JAM...bit costaly but satisfy all your need..

This is by far the best phone in the market today! The colours!! The sounds!! The camera with focus!! The many functions !! and very easy to use. Ergonomic to hold and smooth to write messages.

The only negatives are you can't take pictures under incadescent lighting
Yes you can, just hold you hand on top of the phone and you can take a perfect picture
