what's d use of having a great sounding mp3 thru inbox earphones and NOT thru loudspeaker (with poor music management) and great camera phone (but still has no match to a 5 year old 1.3 mpx stand alone) if the phone itself has too MANY software ISSUES! SE, u must test ur models thoroughly before making ur phones available in d market so u wont degrade ur BRAND! just take a look at posts in here, there are too MANY COMPLAINTS, like
"wow great phone, almost perfect only problem is..." SOFTWARE BUGS
sort things out so u won't be beaten by samsung and motorola in overall sales in mobile phones! i don't know y many people say that SE is nokia's biggest threat, i think thats just an imaginary thing of big time die hard SE fans bcoz how can they be a threat to nokia if SE can't even beat Samsung and motorola in market share... that's a FACT no one can change that!

I have just bought this phone and found a couple of faults already....
If i set the keypad to click when i press a button whilst the mp3 player is playing the song gets interrupted and sometimes the phoen crashes playing the same second of music over and over....

Absolutely agree with Adrián and DJblakel
Listen to Adrián and don't write w800 and 810 are same!! Most of you only write wrong things.. When you never touched this great phone,don't think there is almost no difference between w810 and w800,it's not true! Think about thath,don't exhibit so much..;) Regards.

sorry man. for security reasons you need to do it at Voda or at SE. Voda should know how to do it. if not they can call SE.

try update your firmware. or check your speaker and make sure it is not stuck full of junk

this has nothing to do with the W810.
but if your changing your oil? change your oil filter at the same time.
use a drip tray and make sure you put the correct amount of oil in your car. if not you may pop oil seal rings and cause damage to your pistons. to see the correct look into your car manual.
now.. BACK on topic.. :P

it can stream internet. like TV and stuff.. but the website must be able to stream the correct format.

all im saying man is nothing is perfect.
Bugs dont just come from SE. say for example. your phone is locked to a service provider, that phone will have your service provider software installed into it. SE have NOTHING to do with service provider software, so they can not be at fault all the time.

w810 when sincronizing to the computer, it has 2 options: "phone mode" or "transfer files".
I had w800, now w810, and this phone actually is different from w800/k750; it's really faster than those 2, the screen color gamma has a better contrast, it has 4 options of shutter sound, the speaker volume is louder, i feel the LED slightly better..
there are some others little differences but it feels a lot different of the w800.
The only bug, w800 in "R1AA008" has better video recording,,, but i break up my w800 when trying to update firmware, so now i'm really afraid of upgrade the w810 in the future, although w810 now updates its firmware via internet..
my advice, if you don't have the phone, don't say it's the same like w800/k750

Hi folks!!
I need to get a new phone soon and have wanted the Nokia 6280 for a long long time but reading many reviews i'm not so sure anymore as a lot of people have had problems with this handset. I dont really use 3G but love taking pictures so am thinking about getting the Sony Ericsson W810i. Can anyone who has used both handsets advise me on which I should get?

actualy i got the phone and its realy amaising ,but there is only one thing the ring tone i think its not the same sound like k750i or w800i , this is the only thing i didnt like in w810 , the other options are perfect

For me is very important to have 1000 contacts in phonebook. W800i offers only 500...

My w810i alert tones does not sound as loud as w800i . Is this a handset problem ?

I think W810i AlertTone is not loud as W800i or K750i.
Coz I have the new W810i & W800i.. If W800i if u set the AlertTone to 8 Voulume, & Listen in Gallery the music.. Its not loud as someone calls u.. The sound will boost 30$ more.. But W810i dont have this feature, The same Volume listen at gallery & ALerttone.. Pls comment.. TQ

Bought this phone but too many hangup problems and miss calls. Display goes totally blank. Going to return it cuz update for phone not available here. Design is good though.
