dude...even the worst camera on the market demolishez any phone camera...so there's no such thing as a great camera phone...trust me...i am a photographer...this is the best music phone on the market...i own one...i tested the 5mp samsung and n95...and a benq 3.5 camera...guess who ruled...benq...mubile cameras sux...no sense for flash either...cuz it doesnt have range...the only phone i;ve seen that has a ranged flash is k800...i sugest u byw a w800 cuz sound is the same and go buy a panasolic ls3 pocket camera if u want photos...

I'm lookin for a music phone with a great camera, and sonyericsson seems to have that but i'm wondering if i should get the w810 or another phone instead. does this phone have a flash? that is my main question. and if not. what other ericsson music phones have a camera with flash?

Hey guys, I usually have my phone on silent profile in the office but I can't seem to set it so it vibrates when I get a text message. Anyone know the answer?

i think i made a mistake when i got this phone, it is too fragile for me and expensive. all the bells and whistles are ok.

I like the way you think,
i have the W880 as well as the W850, W800, amd W550.
They are the best phones available to man,
and Yes nokia do suck, very much.
I work in a phone shop and we send so many nokia away for repair than anything else.

The phone is slim, sleek and definately the smallest 3G available right now. Overall the design is pretty good. You can definately tell it's designed for music and browsing in mind. However, it's not very text friendly because the keypad button is too small, it's definately a challenge for people with large finger or long finger nails.

had this cellphone for 2 months now... brillant battery life and build quality .. has not let me down yet.. my last 3 phones where flawless sony ericssons.. i sometimes those that say a phone is crap do not even posses the phone in question ...sonyericsson rulez ....nokia suck .

the silver one looks so much cooler than the black one. When i look at it, the black one has more elegance. But when i play with it in sony shop and carry it around (and pose in the mirror) the silver one is definetly more eye catching!!
Get the silver one!!

Sony Ericsson mobile phones are the best... They even surpass Nokia phones..
I mean the bulit in sound system says it all... And the W880 is a real hit... totally amazing, slim, and very practical...

Not a comment as such, but a query. Does anybody know how to get the 'album artwork' to show in the Walkman player? I've selected the Album art option in the visualiztions settings - but I just get a blank sqaure.

such a crappy phone....the charging port is already giving problem just like all the other SE phones.My nokia lasted 3 years with no problems...i only changed it because it was outdated dats all..i guess quality was never synonimous with SE.

this has got to be the best non smartfone handset there is at moment,altho i say that s/e are getting near smartfones because these newer breeds have multitasking and running apps screen,,its the best because of superb walkman player with belting sound and excellent battery life so unlike samsung and nokia your not always looking at battery level you can relax knowing its easily going to get you thru the day.Its really stylish and sporty and slim..just superb bit of cratmenship,,lets hope they bring out the same size model but cram in autofcus next time but this has got to be running for best handset of the year

you can't zoom in beacuse you're using the 2 megapixel camera wich gives higher quality on the photo but you can't zoom in..change to the VGA camera and you'll be able to do it
