            Please post where it (W960) comes up better at gaming?
            3.5mm seems to take a bit of space internaly to me, the battery i think is same size but it adds quite a bit of weight.
            The DSP takes care of the noise in a song,it improves quality,seperates the instruments very well in tracks like my current fav track Lil Wayne ft. Birdman- You Aint Know where the DSP controls the bass very well or even in a track like Gym Class Heros- Clothes Off it plays the instruments well and clears away any noise/hissing between every beat, it seriously improves audio and the volume is high.

            Katz im still waiting for a link to where it says W960 is the best music phone, W960 doest have a built-in 3.5mm jack, no DSP, No remote with headset, how can it win? I havent seen a single review that says that, i know Samsung i450 killed i-Phone in sound. ONLY T3 say W960 wins? But the rest don't so you will go by T3?

              Yeah man, dats right! Da Opera 8 is preinstalled in tis beauty and the web pages look very clearly in da W960i big screen! You can offcourse scroll the very big pages, zoom, copy text
              etc. Just the great!

              And about da speaker loudness the W960i beat both W810i and W850! But da headphone loudness is like the W810i

                        Firstly, 3.5mm jacks would not take up much room seeing as the converter is tiny, and most of the hardware is in the port itself, not its shape (look at most conversion accessories or the ipod shuffle: tiny with a 3.5mm jack). BTW, isnt the battery about the same size anyway? I thought that the internal polymers in the battery were quite important in determining charge held.

                        Secondly, the w960i comes out slightly higher in gaming than the N81 www.mobile-review.com, although processing for text is lower (not sure how the graphs work exactly, as they are not labelled, although i assume a longer bar is better).

                        Thirdly, i cannot comment on how clear the screen is, i have not compared the 2 screen next to each other.

                        Fourthly, tell us some more about DSP, i dont know much about it.

                        Fifthly, the CPU on the w960 isnt as impressive as the N81, i must admit i am sceptical why SE are still using 220MHz, but apart from gaming, when will i need such a fast processor when the OS is optimised for a 220MHz processor?

                          The W960i default browzer Opera 8 can easily beat both K800 and W850 and many many other phones in internet. The Opera 8 can handle many open web pages at the same time and only 1 like other phones! Also the web access is so easy and briliant using the great stylus! And u can change the view to Fullscreen and Landscape! I'm talking about the real sh!t feel me?

                          ...and yeah... keep up da dissin ;)

                          The W960i has amazing sound quality but the headphones included in the box, i think, cannot provide you the real power! Even with the SE default headphones the sound is briliant!

                            With the DSP the bass on N81 is ridiculous! I feel its on par with MegaBass on W960, the real MegaBass experience was given by the W900, N81 bass doesn't even touch the MegaBass on a W900 where when the volume was around 65% high you just couldn't imagine anymore bass but it could do it.

                              I agree with most of your points, hell ye Touch Walkman3 on W960 is sick, its the best looking and realy most exciting Media player ive seen. Ive heard about porting s60 to UIQ since after all s60 and UIQ are User Interfaces of Symbian but i haven't realy heard of a lot of people porting the apps. If the N81 had a better camera it would have been bigger and heavier, its aimed at people like me who realy dont use the camera that much.
                              Yes N81 works on a single core 369mhz Freescale processor since its capable of 3D acceleration from what ive read about it and so that gives it the advantage over W960. N81 is heavier than W960 because remember N81 has 3.5mm Jack which is a big unit and takes a lot of space internaly and adds weight, added to it having 1070mah battery, more buttons, the best CPU in a Symbian, 2 large speakers (larger than N95 and 6110-Nav speakers) and a DSP its bound to be heavier and thicker, although its thinner than a N95 and not as wide as a W960.
                              The 16million colours do what you have said,the screen gives brighter, and more natural looking colours, ive never seen Black look so Black or Purple or Blue look,very sharp and bright. Once again im not putting down the W960 but the screen on N81 looks so much more a live and natural.

                                    The headphone loudness can be fixed with an firmware update. The W960i volume control has more "sound levels" for decreasing the volume than increasing, feel me? I hope u get it cause i cannot explain it better. And about the N81 music playback, i'm sure that it has more treble than the W960i BUT not much Bass like the W960i! The SE MEGA BASS IS BANGING and is UNIQUE!! I have many songs with much Bass in my W960i and when i activate da MEGA BASS i'm like "Whooolly Sh!t"!!!

                                      I must say i appreciate you stopped all the lols. that was very annoying. In fact I prefer a debate over the boring chat about how many transformer series you can fit on the W960 or "when does it come out in micronesia?".

                                      However, i have to say i hate the keypad and navigation methods on the N81. Also the software is so BORING!

                                      Secondly, there is plenty of software for UIQ, and in fact any application for s60 can easily be ported to UIQ (no need to change the language [both use C, C+ etc.], there is in fact a conversion pack on the uiq website i think which can be used for free.) Also, the W960 comes with software preinstalled that can edit word docs.

                                      Thirdly, i found that most of the software (especially free software) is absolutley terrible. The best software i have found is Java.
                                      The only notable applications for symbian that i found any use were some file explorers, Zip manager, Flash player and opera (which is much cheaper to use than nokia's preinstalled browser. BTW a firefox version for mobiles in coming out soon, rumours say it has support for flash and java!)

                                      Thirdly 2 megapixel camera? dear dear.

                                      Fourthly, S60 platform is so boring to use! i just loose interest in the phones features. Sure its easy, but so boring. UIQ is at least a little more interesting to use.

                                      Fifthly, the N81 is pretty large and heavy. BTW the battery life of the W960 is very good, probably about the same as the N81(although i would also like other people's opinion on that. btw stats for battery is not everything). Also, 262k colours is very similar to 16 million, as the eye can detect.. what is thought now? about 258? 16 mill only increases the viewing angle true colours are maintained at.

                                      Sixthly, i hardly ever use loud speakers anyway. Phones speakers are like laptop speakers: not a chip off the real thing.

                                      Seventhly, touch screen. They are great, so many opportunities, especially for amateur programmers (myself included).

                                      8thly, wlan g is not of great significance unless of course you are going to download huge files from your PC. My broadband is 8meg, so the maximum bit rate is about the same as WLAN b, so g is of no concern to me.

                                      9thly, fthe walkman player is sick. You said so urself.

                                      10thly, i hardly do serious gaming, especially on my phone. However, the W960 has a microchip or something, cant remember off the top of my head, like a 3d accelorator? Which o dont believe the N81 even has? Personally i think the gaming will crash and burn like the original Ngages.

                                      11thly, i think the walkman looks better.

                                        OH! My bad man,im still thinking of the W950,sorry.
                                        WOW 59? 1min? Ye that aint great compared to 21secs of N81. The reason W960 is not that loud is because of AGC (audio gain control) the 1st Walkman with it was W810, the W550/600 ,W800, and W900 didnt have it thats why they we're so loud.
                                        Well i took my HPM-80 phones took off the fast port connector and plugd them in to my N81 3.5mm jack and the N81 definetly is louder with A LOT more Bass and Treble than W960. N81 separated the instruments well,and the audio balance all in all is superior to W960 due to N81 DSP, im not saying W960 has crap audio,ive never said SE has crap audio, i was happy with W800 and W900 audio but dissapointed with my W880. The W960 is a good improvement on that poor W950, W960 has great audio but for someone who is fussy about audio like me it is not the best.

                                        If you take a lot of pics and want great pic quality then take the W960, although its camera is a bit buggy its better camera than N81. For video recording the N81 takes VGA (640x480) at 15FPS and is better than W960, Nokias have always been better at video recording since the N93. I suggest testing both phones at the store before making a purchase.
