when you play a video on this phone and you tilt the phone to the left the video become in landscape mode, but if you tilt the phone to the right does the video become in landscape mode also and be able to watched or it will be inverted ?

a good phone , but when you hold it in landscape mode ,say for playing the games then the volume rokr is difficult to use , it actually gets irritating

I think s/e should bring out the play 2 with usual dual core spec etc and slim down all it components...what i mean is do a Soc ,increase battery and screen briteness..Remember s/e dreampt of this fone and they did it and should be applauded for it..BUT...the next version needs to build on its criticism and bring out a more polished product..Its a good device but could be loads better..I am so glad s/e bring out these different style smartfones instead of boring slabs..

sridharan, 04 Sep 2011I am having sony ericsson xeperia play. While using intern... moredear sridharan, u can read tamil websites by installing opera. After installing open it and in the address bar type 'opera:config'. A page will open. Scroll down and you will find a tab 'use bitmap fonts for complex scripts'. Change it to 'yes' and job's done!

hi guys n game sifus out there. before i purchase this wonderful xperia play, would love to hear few words from u guys regard the hardware quality especially the sliding mechanism. is it get loosen easily? or it's quite solid and able to last for quite some time? and also, how' the batt life for moderate use? coz coz the unlocked price between Xperia Play and Optimus 2x is just USD$30 by different in my country. i'm confuse now which to get...sigh. hope to hear from u guys! thanks and cheers!!
