So in Sweden (http://www.swedroid.se/42624/test-av-sony-ericsson-xperia-ray) they get a typical headset, but in UK (http://blog.clove.co.uk/2011/09/09/sony-ericsson-xperia-ray-st18i-unboxing-demonstration) they get a cool in ear live sound hi-fi headset.
I also found Mat Smith (http://recombu.com/news/sony-ericsson-xperia-ray-whats-in-the-box_M15140-2.html#photo) complaining about the absence of a screen protector, but again the guy in UK takes one right outta the box!!!

Although Ray has got 8MP camera, quality of photo not as good as my iphone 4 - the picture came out too bright & white; not as natural or real as the iphone 5MP camera, I'm very surprised.
The front camera is terrible, forget about using it for taking picture.

I'm in Osaka, Japan at the plesent moment. I've been here for 3 days already - for business & holiday.
Since I'm roaming, the "Roaming Data" function is on , so I do not encounter any Data charges. I use WiFi whenever there is a connection. The hotel where I'm staying do not provide WiFi service in guest rooms. Anyway, I've my laptop with me in my hotel room, so I do not need to use the phone for, i.e. Skype call or chat message.
The battery is providing amazing standby time in this scenario, I checked the battery condition, and it registerd 1 day 19h 30min on battery, and the phone still register 67% battery left!
I still like to find out why when Data Access is allowed, this phone drain battery extremely fast!?
BTW, this SE Ray is also available in Japan only recently. I can see Advertising on Japanese TV station quite often.

I love this phone, but wait till the price drop, now SDG.$586 my current phone sgs2 battery too fast flat. i think smaller screen good for the battery.
