press wi-fi tab on panel and it takes 13 secs to find all wifi networks which is 4 in my area..battery superb after 6-7 chargers,,never had any crash unless it was caused by me i.e. impatience or memory card unformatted correctly,,full haptic feedback via app,just brilliant smartfone ,,you can not have owned one OR you had it 1 day and gave up..ITS technical yes so go for a simpler fone like i-phone or s/e t303 for example

I am a big fan of Nokia but just switched to Sony Ericsson. I am currently using the P1i and will be upgrading to Xperia very soon. Any pros and cons? Can't wait to get my hands on that phone.

listen up i had xperia n its crap realy slow n crap signal plus case cracks after 1 week of heavy use n window mobile sucks dry ass the apps r crap i now got n96 n it rocks i wil get n97 coz it look the dogs n has a proper operatin system not crapy windoze

this phone has so many office application packages that are neccessary for every office work. I love the phone, I think its the best sony ericsson has ever produced

hi good pepol; in my openion sony ericsson is bitter than any othet phone products smooth oprating system perfect cameras good quality of sounds easy files manager great browsing in general best phones to use...this comment submited by x1 which is amazing actually you can fly a way using him!!!good luck evry body

the gsmarena review has a video comparison with N82. N82 beats the x1.

OMG. What a review. Thanks gsmarena, you have made up my mind, I was considering some other phones, but after reading that review I'm hooked.
Even the iPhone looks outdated next to the X1. The iPhone's icons look ridiculous next to the X1's panels, and the Touch Pro really only has 1 TouchFlo 3D UI, but the X1 can have the same one, plus 8 others - very cool.

b... moreme too wanting to know about call duration plus how to fid out data usage plus how to turn off chat function in messages its getting to much.. I just want to send recieve txt not get intio anything complicated..
Next upograde should include equaliser in media player,,torch app,,stopwatch in fact the s/e function i thought i was going to get..The led needs a boost if its not the led fault i.e. its already at full blast..mpeg4 video record but its quite good already,,default overide so you can choose your browser you want and music/video player..I want yahoo go! to be ready for this,,and battery meter added by s/e themselves cause i think the 2 i have tried use up battery checking the battery which is daft,,s/e next s/e foto editor video dj and track i.d.,,

i had buy this product.
it does not have gps reciever..and gsmarena is telling they have
it has a-gps reciever which does not tell us lat-long.
and more gps details..

I have this phone and as i can tell there is nothing much special than the other phones except the sapphire. It a wonderful feeling to hold it because u feel that its solid.

The PDA has all the bells and whistles after 1 month of use very satisfied and not even 1 bug thus far on WINMO 6.1, perhaps this is why they delayed launchng it, thankfully. One note, take care with the black back cover, it chips and scratches fairly easy. Perhaps a ploymeric plastic cover should be manufactured for it. In addition when one uses the unit as a modem it heats up dramatically after an hour or so, perhaps the cover contributes to this...
