Hi I have put a lot of things on this phone like pictures , mp3, mp4 my meeting schedule etc... At first I love this phone but with all those stuffs its kind of lag. I have close all other programs before browsing other program. Has anyone experience it?

I mainly... moresamsung i8510 innov8 suffer from battery power ang gps has too longer than Xperia X1 for wifi you need strong battery and Xperia Have that.

LexLuth0r, 15 Dec 2008Should I buy this phone or get a HTC Touch Pro, there are s... moreI was in the same position a week ago, i could not decide between Sony X1 & HTC touch pro, I saw them at the stores and the Htc Touch pro is slightly ticker but the worse thing for me that I noticed was that the build quality was not that good, the screens wobbles a lot when closed and it felt like a toy. Yes it has a flat screen, but then seeing them swicthed on side by side, the X1 is much brighter, bigger and the resultion is fantastic. The keyboard, well a 5 row keyboard is good but the X1 I preffered it as the buttons are not that small like the touch pro. I finally decided to get the X1 and I been with it for the past week, I am 100% sure i made the best choice, I love the panels and so far I have no problems with it. My husband bought it for me from expansys.it and it was here within 2days. Its working fine with 8GB and the my own mp3 ringtones...GPS is very good slightly more accurate then the HTC Touch cruise(my prevouis phone)....Good luck when choosing

Should I buy this phone or get a HTC Touch Pro, there are so many mixed reviews on this handset.
Also does your ear burn from the handset if your chatting for a while as I expereinced this with another SE phone.

There are so many good programs for this phone so you can customize it...

i relly lik se fer the only reason i hate nokiaz n series..... the only thin i want se to do is make a fone tht can never reach close to a nokia.... in quality i accept dey r but in features i cud not agree... if no one belives plz chek out the n97

Cant decide to get this of the Samgsung innov8.
I mainly want a phone for movie play back, gps(not really interested in navagation, just want it for the third party track day logging apps).
Camera is not a biggie, i use my DSLR for when i want to get serious ;)
And will be using alot of time on the wi-fi feature.
Any suggestsions on helping me pick between the two?
Oh and i currently have a k850i.

Charlie, 15 Dec 2008Hy i have just bought one 10 days ago , and i have the same... moreI have mine for nearly a week now and the battery is hanging in for at least 3 days...Let the battery drain and then full charge after about six times like this the battery will get better and this is for every single phone...the battery will get better after 5-6 charges only if you fully drain it and fully charge....take good care of your phone and it will take good care of you....I AM LOVING THE XPERIA IM GLAD I BOUGHT IT..

SE X1 is the most overrated phone on the market - by the fans
There are some widely reported problems with the X1:
(yes, some of you may got a perfect unit , but not every body - please understand that ;)
I am glad if you happy with your X1 - enjoy it!!!!
1: Reception problems
2: Wifi problems
3: battery weak (probably due to RAM leakage)
4: case cracks
Manufacturing error /lack of QA

6: incompatibility with application
due to screen resolution
7: unit gets hot
(battery?)
8: low speaker volume
Not all units have all of these but one or two of these is enough to get the user dissatisfied with the X1.

Brilliant phone. Been using it for a week. The resolutions very cool. Though its a bit slow when ur tapping one of its buttons. Its sleek for a slide-in Qwerty keyboard. The camera has a high quality. The picture's like taken from a digicam. But what would you expect? Sony collaborating with Ericsson? Its a perfect match in making high-end phones. So far, Xperia's the best. Sony did a good job :)

Please.. All of you just quit it.. Everything on this website are just phones.. all of them have their pros and cons.. and you buy what you like and you don't buy what you don't like. You want a 16M color screen phone then get one. Don't bother the ones who want a phone with 65k colors. I bought this phone, and it's my problem to get a phone with 65k colors instead of 16M colors. So what? Don't tell me what I want to buy or not just by the stupid specs of a phone. Give your own personal experience with the phone, or shut up and read other people's personal experience with the phone..
You are supposed to come to a forum like this to find out hand-on experiences from other people who actually played with the phone, not bash it because of a spec or two that is inferior to another phone.
If all of you are soo ignorant and bash phones because of specs, then go make your own phone. Let's see how far you get with that.
And, grow up, they are just phones.
