Off this phone wha... morethis phone is great i work for a phone shop (which im not naming) and we sell a lot of these. anybody thinking the omnia or the htc touch pro can come close to this is seriously deluded. the battery is great and so is the addition of the x panels. this business phone currently has no equal.

i thought the p990 was bad that was until i tested xperia x1 Its the new LEMON of the 21st century Dropped call slow laggy crappy colours battery life half that of n95 oh and the camera and video rec is total crap

ok so to everyone talking on this chat, umm about this phone, the features r amazing and yeah i might sound a s a SE fan but im not, just checking out the hits and votes to the left of the screen shows how much ppl r interested in this phone and i really dnt think that SE would make such an amazing phone for pl to talk bad about, Check out ur software version, check out ur battery, chack out everything regarding this phone THEN comment, and STOP talking bad about phones u dnt have or cant even afford. its Highly not respectable.

"got xperia last wk from vodafone what can i say its piss keeps dropping signal its fiddely rattly build n windows os is pathetic keeps freezin up n is slow as a snail battery lasts half a day n wifi dosent work unless ur really close to router the xperia is typical SE garbage i thought coz htc made it it might b good but its balls im returning it n waiting for a proper smartphone maybe a nokia 5800 or samsung but def a Symbian one..windows sucks dry ass"

As soon as the Xperia X1 appeared on the GSMARENA main page it was bound to attract attention, even more so when the handset hit number 1. Unfortunately the juvenile fraternity feel a need to enter this section and fill the opinions boards with negative barely ledgable submissions.

Brynn take a look at the 3rd party software You'll see why NO default media player could ever compete.CorePlayer has an awesome array of presets as does nero for WM...anyway for those that actually own the X1 Heres the Netfront 3.5,UCWEB,Iris &opera mini browsers plus a very good midlet manager http://storeandserve.com/download/848185/browsers.zip.html

I had no... moreI thought the man in the dutch video said it had walkman player in it or at least the type in non walkman players with 4 presets and your own to create ,,plus wide stereo,,..Seems like this things getting worse,,they said it was a premium product,,a ombination of walkman cybershot and winmo with 30fps video and panels with arc slider...All i read so far is no music player,poor signal and battery life,slow operating system with crashes and rubbish build quality,,,,well thats a great start
