10hs of talk time!!,A wonderful marketing lie because no matter what!,It wont be more than 3hs to 3:30hs maximum.since when SE or any other company say real things when it comes to standby-talk time posts!!
How could a 3inch display hold the battery life longer!!?,E90 has the same 1500Battery and you get to use the small screen doing all kinds of functions and open the big screen rarely,its good and battery really holds up but not that long after all.at least NOKIA were somehow realistic about how long the E90 could keep working.
A PCpocket,dont forget that guys and be sure that you and i(cause i'll get 1 when its out)will charge this phone EVERY SINGLE DAY.

Up to this date the X1 has not been released yet, so who knows how it would perform. Based on its beta version, it's not performing well. So I don't know why you cay that no Nokia can stand against the X1. And between the Diamond and the X1, the Diamond is the much capable phone. Better looking too. Web browsing on the Diamond is much better. It's text wrapping capabilities are awesome. Can you show me an X1 that does that? Oh I forgot, the X1 only has the beta version that is sluggish as hell and freezes up a lot.
You brag about the X1's WVGA display, try the Diamond's FULL VGA screen. I'm not even going to elaborate on that. The FULL VGA says it all.
X1 is a whole new world that has not proven itself yet, lol. Your very promising impression of the X1 is premature.

Maybe SE shouldn't have launched the X1 yet to give their developers a better chance. The Diamond's beta version already does so well, while the X1's beta obviously have major lag and application issues. The Diamond has a better processor than the X1. It may have a smaller RAM, but it uses a much advanced RAM type than the X1 (DDR SDRAM). It's Qualcomm processor is also the upraged version 7201A, compared to X1's 7200. So how can you say they're the same? You are the one making assumptions, not I. How can you say that the X1 will be better and faster when at present they still have the beta version. So it is you who's assuming, LOL.

No one knows of its specs yet. So no matter how many phones come out before it, it would still be an anticipated phone because it's never been launched yet, compared to the X1 that's been launched a while back now, with its specs made known to everyone for a while now, and still not released. Do you still not see the logic?
I know that the Tube would have better specs than the X1 because it would be so silly of Nokia to release a phone with a 1 megapixel camera and black and white display, knowing that it would be competing with phones like the X1. If you are Nokia, if you would release a new phone to compete w/ the X1, would you be conservative w/ its specs when you already know what the X1 can do?
You are wrong. The N96 is only about $200 more than the Diamond, not $1000.
Well the Diamond has a better processor than the X1 also, and the X1 is also more expensive than the Diamond. The Diamond even has a better screen w/ full VGA. At least the N96 has a 5mp camera and comes with TV functionalities. The X1 only has 3.15 mp. Also the N96 has a bigger internal memory and a memory card slot compared to the Diamond's 4gb w/ no card slot, though that's fine, but still, having more does not hurt, but you have to pay extra.
X1 only has a led flash, it's not even dual like the N96, so its flash is really nothing to brag about. Night setting w/out flash actually gives better results than using a led flash. 4gb is more than enough for MOST people. The Diamond does have a touch qwerty keyboard. The Diamond may only have 192mb RAM compared to X1's 256mb, but the Diamond uses DDR SDRAM type, the X1 does not, which makes the Diamond more superior. Diamond also has the upgraded Qualcomm 7201A processor, while the X1 only has the 7200. The X1 only has 400mb internal memory while the Diamond has 4gb, lol. No need to buy a memory card. It was in one of the reviews for the X1 that mentioned that they are still fixing the bugs, hence the delay in its release, so I am not merely assuming.

Providing a device has sufficient RAM then Windows Mobile 6 is a stable OS.Far far better than the outdated,restricted Symbian.

sweeeeeeeeeeeeeet asss fone sony have over done themselves with this 1.sleak ass design the features have convinced me to wait 4 it.the one thing that is a draw back is the is no windows on it............all i have to say is sony sony sony sony sony sony sony sony sony!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I thought it had a chance until I saw the video on the Sony Ericsson site. It's running Windows Mobile 6.1? It's never work correctly! Just because it's a Sony won't make up for the Windows disaster that will ensue.

nick, 03 Jun 2008well obv the xperia is better than the e90. but the only... moreyeah xperia x1 is great although it's not made by SE self but combination of 2 great companies are SE and HTC.i prefer to buy x1 rather than i buy the phone with stupid devices quality like Vga video and 5MP on QVGA screen quality..its sound funny hahahaha go ahead buy the phone like that...no one push you to buy xperia...it's no matter if x1's made by htc or not as long as iam satisfied and enjoy the phone...Yes!!!!
