Even though specifications are not up with the latest duo core, I think there is no better deal on the market for gingerbread.

Hi all,
GingerBread (2.3.3)update was available y.day night 4 my X10i (voodafone\uk).
i just updated mine and having a brand new experience. everything looks awesome. worth the wait :) xperia rocks.
and ppl who r wondering about Bravia engine or 16m colors, if SE could they would hv already given it to X10 users. remember there is a hardware limitation for 16m and bravia engine is not possible. so dont keep hopes on that.

ok go down to where you see this and use this method and remember to download update services and pc companion from the SONYERICSSON website
You can also update your Xperia x10 directly to 2.3.3 (without going to 2.1) , To do that follow these simple Steps
First step is Download 2.3.3 firmware file from here
install FlashTools [see method 1 for more info]
Open folder “firmwares”
Paste “x10_2.3_aro.ftf” file in “firmwares” folder
Press the flash button on FlashTool
Switch off your phone
And connect it to pc while holding back key
It will take some time to install 2.3.3 on your phone , during this process dont disconnect or stop flashtools

hey guys has multi touch zoom available on x10 after 2.3 official update .does multi touch and pinch zoom works on photos and apps .

Updated my x10 to 2.3.3 last night. Best bits & improvements include good batter life, improved processing speed, ui has lot of improvements.

Has anyone got the 2.3.3 update in india.
If yes let us know how. i tried atleast 3-4 times but still my pc companainon says i have latest software.
i have updated my pc companinon aslo but no differece.

Hello i wish to know the difference between the Sony Ericsson Xperia X10(X10) and the Xperia X10(SO-01B). saw that on the update service of SE itself..are they different??

I updated my Xperia X10 to Gingerbread 2.3.3 last August 1 and everything seems perfect. But I have noticed that after the update, the NOTIFICATION light (flickering) is missing. I have not seen in any setting to activate this feature. Is this normal now after the update?
