MP is a joke to keep you busy with, there are tons of other factors involved. No need to say the camera concept is the least important thing when it comes to a professional PHONE! and again these kids are so focused on the camera!! I have an advice for u... go ahead and buy an iPod, it's a good toy for people like you.

Sony Ericsson still on Windows mobile!!
Winmo is not the only os available in the market, it's not a computer, it's a phone, so don't rely on winmo trust the consumers.

how can you say SE will not have same mistake like the x1's long wait availability? did you already forget the satio?? it was announced february 2009, now what?? its already september, and still no satio! even if satio comes out this october, it was ...

Mel, 29 Sep 2009I kind of agree with what tEYy said. The Nokia N97 might ha... moreI want to add that I was given an n97 on a free upgrade and I exchanged it twice before giving it back.
One of the reasons was that that you may take 5mp pictures with it but in video mode it only allows you to record in 2 or 3 mp which is useless as you can't even get it to focus.
I was sooo angry with nokia for this. SE RULES and I look forward to getting X2 or X3.

isaac, 29 Sep 2009i cant believe how many people criticize this phone about h... moreI kind of agree with what tEYy said. The Nokia N97 might have a integrated camera in it, and yes it is "Carl-Zeiss optics", BUT, it's only 5 megapixels. This thing has EIGHT (8) FREAKING MEGAPIXELS in it!!!
(Not to mention, just about every Sony digital-camera that Sony comes out with, has good picture-quality. As far as I know, their "Walkman" and "Cybershot" cellphones are no different. And, as far as I know, neither are their "Xperia" cellphones.)

I this device has a excellent procceser, compare to iPhone. because iPhone has ARM 600 MHz. but X2 has Qualcom 528MHz. Qualcom faster than ARM.

i cant believe how many people criticize this phone about how ugly and how expensive it is. yes the x1 looks better but this is still a very great looking phone. take a look at all other phone prices similar to this. they are all around the same price.
also this phone has got the highest resolution a phone has EVER had (same as the htc touch hd).
also this phone has a massive 8.1 megapixel camera. its the biggest camera ever to be on a windows mobile device. i think this is the best phone ever made. cant wait til its released. also anyone from australia know what network band a phone needs to have to make it work on telstra next g.

One disappointment with X1 is enough to keep me away from SE. If there's anything outstanding about Sony's product nowadays, is its price, nothing else.

i agree the specs on the n900 and the omnia pro are going to be better, but to me the x2 looks much better in terms of exterior design. im sure the speed on the x2 will be fast enough to be satisfying unlike the x1 with its disappointing lag when it first came out.
