And yes no doubt my next phone will be the Arc, Sony finally is passing on the great technology they have to SE, which is huge plus and will boost the sales like never before.
The Arc and then the PS phone, well done Sony, we want you to come back strong like before, we miss the walkman and cyber shot phones so it's good to know that your still providing your advanced technology to your smaller company SE :D

Dude I know your a big sony fan and most of your products are from Sony. So getting the Arc means your combining the best of Sony's technology.
For example, you get an amazing exmor sensor from the Sony digital camera department. Also, you will get the brilliant bravia display which you can only get if you buy a Sony Bravia TV.
And let's not forget you will be getting the latest and greatest os from google just out of the box! So no need to worry anymore about having an older or outdated os. This phone is the best android phone till the moment, and I'm not speaking about the specs because I know that there are phones with higher specs, but I'm speaking about the sexy looks, the unique experience, the latest os and the remarkable camera with the best display ever you could get in a phone.
Do you understand why Sony = make.believe
Because they make the unthinkable into reality! Well done SE, you made me proud.

Yes I do remember this, but se refuted such... moreAfter looking at some more specs, I might get Arc after all, It is truly impressive, I might just get a bb torch or E7 to replace my n97 but to replace my x10, Arc seems to be the best option.
Reality display with Mobile BRAVIA Engine is something that sounds very very exciting to me since I own a Bravia tv. Built in google maps.

Do you post of the x10 mini pro forum?
I know the Arc is a very good looking phone indeed, but at the same time it is very similar to my x10, and what do I get, bigger screen, better resolution? Upgraded software, and by the time its available android 3.0 will be out.
I hope that x10 mini successor will be nice.
Anyways, whatever I buy I'll let you know, btw, what about you? Your next phone will be?

Yes I do remember this, but se refuted such thing by saying that they don't intend to work on windows phone devices in the meantime, and they prefer to stick to android.
If you don't want to by the best looking device from se because it lacks a keyboard, then maybe you willing to look into the x10 mini successor which will have a good touch screen with a qwerty keyboard.

Sony Ericsson are back in the game they used to rule!
The Xperia Arc is a beauty! Also, we will get the play station phone along with the X10 mini pro successor. All handsets will have gingerbread along with very impressive features.
No wonder why we love and believe in Sony, they always impress us! And I mean live innovation not only copy/paste others.

This is my opinion :
This is indeed the best looking device I have ever seen! But this is not strange since it's a Sony. What's even better is that the 8 mp camera with the new sensor will keep the X10 successor the best android camera the same way the current X10 is.
So this device will have a brilliant camera, stunning display, the latest version of android plus the sexiest design you could ever get!! I don't think it could get better than this, but wait let's not forget it's a Sony which means you will still get the premium and classy feeling while holding it.
Brilliant job se! I am indeed impressed.

1. u must download SEUS (Sony Ericsson Update Service ) and install it on ur computer.
2. Open SEUS and find X2 . IF IT SAYS YOU HAVE LATEST VERS, UPDATE IT ANYWAY.
3.when ur phone has finish UPDATE it will REBOOOT and will star to install CAB´S , u have to take out battery and turn on phone from beginin . so dont install CAB´S .
4.After rebooting, the Sony Logo will appear again asking to retry. Press NO. so ur X2 will start working . download CABS HERE: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=680194
5.Once you have the english CAB on your SD Card, you have to install it. Once you are done, restart the cellphone.
6.Start SEUS again, run another update, force it if it says you have last version and you will get your X2 updated on your desired language.

The camera shutter sound option is still there. There are a lot of advantages with updating to 2.1, live wallpapers & HD videos to name a few. I installed anipet aquarium live wallpaper & its sooo cool, very realistic. The only real cause for worry when updating is when your update gets interrupted (power interruption, network interruption or you disconnected your phone) in the process while downloading the update, if that happens, you'll most likely brick your phone although there are ways to unbrick a phone at XDA forum & SE service centers probably can unbrick it also. Aside from this, your worries are totally uncalled for.
