I believe this phone is great, however, it still has issues and the operating system is kind of complicated. I would recommed this phone for advanced users more than reguler users. The best you could get from sony ericsson now is the X10, any maybe as a girl the mini would be a good choice for you, because as far as I know all girls love the mini, and the phone also comes with different colors :-)

Because this issue seems serious, it never happened to me before, but from what your saying it seems there may be a problem.
Also try formating your device by attempting a hard reset instead
Of updating the device several times.

i dont know what happen with my X2 . when i try to turn on , when in screen is WINDOWS logo , after nothing happen . i make it with SEUS again and again but this problem still is there . what can be for problem ?
i have to try to turn on about 10 times , only 1 time can turn on , but get freezing easy when i go in START.
if u understand what i said , plz reply , my english is poor :$

Yes I do agree, and you can't imagine how much I would love if SE made a design similar to the X2 and with android on board.
Dude the X2 is one of the best looking phones I have seen in my life! It just looks so damn sexy lol, and the size is perfect, not big or small :)
Regarding the video recording of the minipro it's very good! And it also have the auto focus feature which you can only find in HD phones from SE. And yes the recording is much better than the X2 and the videos in general run much faster and smoother with no cuts or choppiness.

Yes I totally agree bro :)
But I still believe that the vivaz pro has a simpler os which most users may handle, while X2 has a more advanced os that some beginners may not like and find some difficulty dealing with it.
And yes the X2 looks and feels 100 times better than the vivaz pro :>

EXCEPT for its 'better' os & it is more snappier.. Android is definitely better in terms of user-friendliness, miles better than Windows.. & also for the games & apps offered.. Man, that's what the X2 is lacking :( Do you agree?

Yeah, I just wish X2 had Android.. Anyway, how about the video recording quality in the mini pro? Have you tried it out?..

The vivaz pro has a simpler... moreya agreed, i've held a vivaz pro once, and my mom has a vivaz, i can tell you that the pro one doesnt feel that good and solid in hand, the slid out keyboard isn't designed as great as the X2 keyboard, i like the way vivaz looks but i'd never go for the Pro, yea hd recording is cool but i still prefer X2 over the vivaz pro :)

Both of them are good phones. The vivaz pro has a simpler and basic operating system which is symbain while the X2 is more advanced and has windows mobile os.
Both of them also are good for texting and browsing the internet, but the main advantage of the vivaz pro is its super HD video recording while the X2 has bad video recording quality.
Finally, I must mention that the X2 looks more professional and elegant than the vivaz pro.

Yes your right I just got the phone 3 days ago :)
The screen resolution of the X2 is miles ahead the mini pro! I really didn't like the screen of the mini pro resolution at all. Also, the camera and the keyboard of the X2 also beats the mini pro hands down!
Other than that the pro phone is much faster, snappier and responsive than our beloved X2 :P
And let's not forget the huge amount of apps and games offered in android, I believe that android eats windows mobile alive :)
If only the X2 had an Android os lol, life would be such more easier :D

Hehe, I just got nothing better to do perhaps.. Anyway it was fun messing around.. I don't do that often though!
About the keyboard.. Yeah, I always (kinda) expected that.. The X10 mini is inferior compared to the X2.. Though I only tried the keyboard only a handful of times, I just know that X2 had the best.. :)
Plus the keyboard in X10 mini is kinda small & spaced away evenly from each other.. Unlike the X2 where everything is inter-connected & related (??).. Lol
So.. Since you're making comments about the X10 mini pro.. I bet its your new phone already? Is it, am I right? Hehehehe.. Just a guess :p
Looking forward to more, man.. This forum needs a little more activity now that December is here!
