I would like to ask about the... moreHi, I'm an android fan now, so i'll suggest you go for an android phone? and if it's the physical keyboard that attracts you, you may look at the reviews and user comments on X10 mini pro before deciding. As for the X2, to be honest, it is largely a failure.

The software is piece of crab. The camera is marvelous! If you want my opinion about the price it's not worth. I expected more about this phone but... P.S. The video quality is the worst I've ever see. After MR2 the phone became usable but still far away from the truth. I hope I helped out. CHEERS!!!

I would like to ask about the X2 problems...
1) Is it fast or slow and hang when you open more applications in same time? What about when no apps is open is it still slow??
2) What about the battery consumption? is it high ? is it need charging every day for normal/medium use?
3) Does the QWERTY Keyboard has any negative comments? Or positive?
4) What about the wi-fi performance, is it good?
5) Does the touchscreen has any negative comments, is it responsive enough / acceptable?
6) Any comments about its media (music, pictures gallery, etc.)?
7) how much you rank the X2 performance in scale of 0-10 ( 0 bad --- 10 very good )?
& one more thing I WOULD like to buy this phone & brace for any flaws & problems it has, i'll get the MR2 update for it so hope it helps thereafter.. What is your view on this?? I'm so confused but I really do like the phone I hope I can cope with it..

Dide, 15 Aug 2010The x2 is the successor of the x1.. So, what is the success... moreThere will be no X2 succesor. Most of phone maker is now focusing on Windows 7 Phone.
If only, if only the X2 has 800Mhz to 1G processor, things would be a little different.

Hi,
I bought this one about 3 months ago. I just want to get rid of this. This is the worst phone in the history of mobile phones (let alone smart phones!!!). I suppose all the (95%) issues are due to the windows OS its having. The worst part is that we cannot upgrade it to windows 7 :(.
So please please do not buy this phone.
1. Touch is worst (when I compared to a couple of other low end touch phones).
2. Does not even have the volume of a basic Nokia 1100 phone!!
3. There is no voice recorder (I could not find any after all these days!!!).
4. It hangs regularly (This has reduced considerably after MR2 - but still bad for a smart phone. Some times it helps us by restarting on its own).
5. Response time - its like working on Windows 3.0s - Crap.
6. Camera quality has reduced considerably after MR2?!
There are more.....but its not good writing only bad things...but there is nothing good to write..apart from may be the QWERTY keyboard.

The x2 is the successor of the x1.. So, what is the successor of the x2? Don't tell me x10 coz they both don't really resemble to each other (i think).
So guys, what is it? Is SE gonna release say, an X3??

Hey, should I buy this phone? I really love the design & build quality of the X2 & its features but unfortunately it is also showered with quite a number of bad reviews / user opinions.. Though some said this is a good phone indeed.. Ummm?? I'm really confused..
Is there another X2-like phone out there, or is SE gonna release a new one like the X2 soon?? Maybe Xperia X8 pro, or X10 pro? Lol(but seriously that would be so cool).. If yes then maybe I can wait..

Anyway for all you people that updated the phone to MR2 and after a while you are experiencing problems such as the phone lags, freezes, etc etc..
Go and do a hard reset for your phone :
Start> Setting> System > Phone reset
Trust me it will help !
Just don't forget to backup your files through Microsoft my phone or any application you find more convenient.

You should have installed the SD fix in your mobile. With the SD fix cab your files will never be deleted again. And by the way, since your photos has been deleted for 3 times already.
Don't you think a backup for your files would be a good idea :)
Try to google sd fix card, or go to XDA developers website and find it there.

this is the worst SE have ever made :S:S
maybe the problem with the windows mobile itself, because all the issue am facing related to software.
wished that it has another OS.

i just bought my X2 yesterday. nice features. but why cant its volume get any louder? the back portion where the battery is installed becomes really hot. do u think there is a problem with my phone.

Here...just download the attached file that you'll going to find in this forum. Install this first before you install any other apps in you memory card.

What is so bad about the keyboard? In the review Gsmarena hated it! And is it really 'that' slow? I 'want' to buy this phone...But it has such bad reviews...Can anyone who owns it tell me your opinion about it...I am really confused at which smartphone i should get...
