And last thing rather save 300 bucks difference between cost of Poco M3 and this Sony Xperia 10 III and have a Mui than having a same phone by specs with different logo. Sony apart from being expensive is no longer a premium brand because for 3 times less much more selling brand like Xiaomi can make equally same device.

They don't compete. 10 III is currentl... moretrue true. i'm curious to see how sony will price this phone in the US and how well it will sell once it's out. i've heard it be said that sony needs a phone in the $400-$700 range to survive, and that probably is important, but i feel like the price drop could actually help this phone a lot.

They don't compete. 10 III is currently combining a wireless headphone in the sale, so it seems more expensive. Some time later the price will drop, and zenfone is no competitor coz it's flagship while 10 is just midrange. But I do agree Sony is asking too much for a soc like sd690.

not gonna lie the asus zenfone 8 and flip are almost blowing xperia III series out of the park, but time will tell if the xperia cameras can put up a battle and if overall performance and thermals hold up well.

i'm guessing this means it has the same hifi features as the 1 and 5, and the note does distinguish between High-Resolution Audio and High-Resolution Audio Wireless so yeah. specs here also say that this phone has 24-bit/192kHz audio.

Can please anyone tell me about the audio quality of this phone? I do really care about it. Got a Sennheiser ie60, but my mi mix2s just doesn't have a 3.5mm jack and ie60 on it sounds shitty. Heard sony has pretty good audio quality on 1 series and 5 series. Would sony make the 10 series any better or worse?

Anonymous, 14 May 2021People won't be buying the Xperia 10 III for specs but... morePretty much, the compact size is one of the best things about this phone. I don't know why every phone company went ham with 6.6" displays in recent times.
But even besides that, this phone is a decent deal with the preorder bonus. It's worth it, and I don't know when the Xiaomi brigade and other chinaphone fans will stop whining about every other phone on the market.

Mi 11 has much better specs for sure but it's targettng a different market who want flagship specs and not bothered about size. Mi 11 is just too big like 95% of most Android phones for those who want a compact device.
