joe nodden, 27 Apr 2021Perhaps that issue is simply with the global ROM. or perhaps they simply need to fix their crappy phones, maybe not releasing it until it properly working, how many updates do you really need to fix all those issues right after they releasing their phones? so they sold a broken phone in the first place and just waiting for various updates to hopefully fix it, yeah no wonder they sell it cheap but hey MIUI 0 problem right?

Wonderful. I am going to buy one online as soon as they are released. Sony Mobile pulled out of Australia about 3 years ago, so I have to buy Sony Xperia online. I had an Xperia Z1, which was excellent. And now want another Sony Xperia phone to replace my Samsung Galaxy A20.

and don't try to explain that ads are easy to disable in MIUI, not every region have the same policy,maybe it's easier in global version but certain region? yea good luck

No app has crashed in my time using the Redmi K40, butter smooth performance would be an understatement. Can't say the same for the 10 III with that slow SoC and display with half the refresh rate.
And ads? I've heard so much nonsense about that but I've yet to see a single ad on my K40.
MIUI isn't perfect for two main reasons, (the navbar should have a bit more customization and on non-global MIUI phones the launcher can only be changed to Xiaomi ones) but none of your reasons are them.
