Please tag @sonyxperia @SonyXperiaIndia and @sony_india about C4's manufacturing defect. They are repairing the touch problem for the devices in warranty knowing well that it'll occur soon again amd this time we'll be out of warranty and out of luck. They should do the responsible thing and replace our devices and provide us a different model or give us our money back. They won't do a thing unless media covers this issue. Tag tech websites and android news outlets too if you can and make this issue known

never ever buy any sony phone.....it has the worst camera lens of all. money spent on these phones ain comensurate to its features.. it no worth it... i have a c4 and i regret every day.... worst cam ever...poor messaging app. smh

Arnel Mendoza, 23 Aug 2016I bought a sonyc4 model January 2016, everything was alrigh... moreI also acquired 2 Sony Xperia C4 through Smart communications as part of my plan subscription renewal and one of them stopped responding after around 8 months.
The other started acting up after 10 months. I had the 1st one sent to Sony TCI in Pasig. After following up for 3 months, they finally said they are replacing it with Sony M5 Duo.
Yep... I guess something is wrong with Xperia C4 and I agree with you to have a recall for all Xperia C4.

Hey guys,im searching for a mid range phone but does this phone performs good? After reading the opinions i found a lot of positive and negative review about this phone. My friend has a C5 Ultra but im on a lower budget. Im thinking about Samsung Galaxy J7(2016) and the Huawei P9 Lite. Any comments?

Bought the phone in Trinidad less than 8 months ago the touch pad has been giving problems about two months now. Is there a Sony service center in Trinidad where I can take it

there is ahorrible proplem happened with me with this very stupid phone afer only 4 months
the touch was suddenly stopped and they said to me if u will change the screen and touch you will face the same proplem after only some months
really it was afatal mistake fom me to buy acell phone like this from this sony company
