road runner, 16 Oct 2012guys can anyone tell me how to make my external sd card def... moreThe problem with Xperia Go which is still not answered by Sony is that,
all the downloded apps would be installed in phone memory ie. 4GB only.
And i would like to suggest that dont upgrade to ICS.
let sony fix the bugs,
wait for that time and then upgrade.
its a stable phone in GB.

Well, though Xperia Go dont have a great screen still its not so bad cause of the Bravia Mobile Engine..
And u wont feel any difficulty in normal use.
But for high resolution games there are some problems.
if u are a game freak i would suggest u not to buy it.
otherwise its perfect!
And no!
ICS did not improved it screen..

This is my review after updating my Xperia Go to ICS and using it for 4 days :
Pros:
1. Longer battery life (More battery saved in stand-by)
2. More stable applications (Lesser application crashes)
3. Smoother in-app graphics (Temple Run used to lag in GB, but not in ICS)
Cons:
1. Not so efficient multi-tasking (More RAM is used up by ICS which leaves lesser memory for apps)
2. Takes more time to load applications (Same reason as above, 1GB RAM would have helped here)
3. Few bugs here and there that need to be corrected (E.g. Red & Green arrows disappear sometimes during incoming call, Settings crashes automatically sometimes.)
4. Home screen lags horribly with increasing number of widgets, which is the main feature of ICS. (CPU is underclocked to 200Mhz when Home screen is active)

dwight, 15 Oct 2012how come the nenamark 2 results of xperia go is so higher t... morebecause xperia Go has an HVGA resolution only which processes less pixels than xperia sola's WVGA resolution. that's why xperia go has a higher benchmark points even if they have the same mali 400 gpu.

dnt i recommend Nokia 3310..Dust, Water and Shock resistant...1hr in the water 8ft, just let it dry (but not under the sun) ---STILL WORKS! ;-}

this phone is epic .. With it's price and spec. I can say its amizing and soon the ics lagging will be fixed ... And iam sure that jb is coming !! Perfect
