CRAP phone of the year. I bought it & sold back within 3 days. The phone LAGs so much that sometime you have to wait 5sec for reponce of ur touch input. Temple run is horrible. Just Lagging nothing else it does. It loooks cool so dont be fooled. Since sony & ericson devided SONY SUCKS. ICS bug is present in al SONY ICS phones. Without proper Bug fix they are releasing phones. JB update is too late for Xperia J. Dont go for this or any SONY phone.

I am using it Best for those who are using Android cell. Perfect combination of all features except camara it must be 8 mega pixel then the phon will be just rocking. Dr,Sarang

I brought it last week ... i happy with overall performance .. except that it will not support 720p HD videos .... and night time photos are not good ... rather than that no other problems ... very good wi-fi support ... 2g data usage support and all ...

For Unroot User:
1.) go to settings -> Backup & reset -> settings reset.
2.) after reboot, go to settings -> Developer options
- enable Force GPU rendering.
- off Window & Transition animation scale
3.) use Game Booster or android speedup booster.
You can find it on google play.
4.) For camera., user 3mp 16:9., the rest is off or default.
For root user.,
search on the internet., you can find tweaks, like turning on your bravia engine(even bravia engine 2), adding beats, change min frequency of cpu, set your start-up, moving you app and data in external sd., and more.,
warning:
don't use launcher or widgets., this app eat your ram a lot.,
for hd gamers, you can play it even unrooted., but you can play it only in single touch. force close of the game occurs when you try to use 2 fingers.,
last., use only beats in pimp my rom in google play and load it in cwm.,
note :
you can find rooting and installing cwm in xda.
rooting your phone will void your warranty.
do not use custom rom so you can unroot again.,

real price is 180 euro but some stupid store sell it for 250 eur ... this phones is OK but people this is just PLASTIC nothing special !!!!

Im using this phone for a week yet still impress with the illuminating light and its stylish design.
Proximity sensor is working.
Hope to update this into JB!
