You cannot move apps to the external sd card in L9, you can only move it to the internal memory (not to be confused with the phone memory) which is only 2GB. The internal memory of Xperia P is 11GB.

Either you have the headphone jack inserted half way through or you gotta give it for repairs. You said Beats Audio? What? You mean you have Dr Dre Beats headphones? All I can say now is that probably the iPhone has this peculiar sound signature that suits you more than what P offers.... I on the other hand been experiencing absolutely amazing sound output. The kind of bass that the default in-ears can output is just too good. Although mind you..... Sound quality wise (Dynamic range, Sound Stage etc) the default Sony sucks.... Right now I have got one 'Brainwavz Pro Alpha' (needs some bass tweaks to sound interesting but everything else is just perfect) and thinking of getting a BOSE IE2 soon.

AnonD-88510, 08 Apr 2013You can only use 2GB to install apps on L9 which is pretty ... moreSame is with Xperia P (or any other Android), you have 2 GB for apps and widgets, and rest of the memory is for data (music, movies, documents and application data of large apps like games, GPS etc ).
You can move app to SD (upper 12 GB of memory) but part of application stays in lower 2 GB, and you can't move widgets and some utilities.

Every smartphone nowadays ( iOS, Android, Windows Mobile) needs to be powered on for an alarm. This is usually not problem since almost all of them needs charging once a day and it's usually during the night.
Only some dummyphones can turn on minute before alarm, and turn off after end of alarm, and ftom smartphones, only EPOC based (SymbianOS) could do that.

uledison, 07 Apr 2013can anyone help me on this? i find that my alarms are not w... moresirr its an android phn..there is an option of airplane mode...if u want dat nobdy dstrbs u at nyt..thn put it on airplane mode...in othr non android phns u can put it off bt still alarm will work but in android put ur phn to airplane mode..if u switch it off alarm wont work lol

I've been using experia p for about 5 months. feel not quite satisfied with the phone, battery live is not long even power saver is on and phone always hang. Have to shut it down. For me not recommended for persons who like to play games on phone :-(. Plus the software is not user friendly. Can't open the album. This problems getting worse after downloaded the software update.

You can only use 2GB to install apps on L9 which is pretty low compared to 13GB installable memory of Xperia P. Xperia P is clearly better than L9.

I am using it since 2 weeks..its just awesome..display quality camera quality Sound quality..everything awesome..I used smsg s2 b4 but now I became a gr8 fan of Sony n Xperia p..I m playing hd games..no lags at all..woow..superb in dis price range..hats off for it..

Guys, Can you help me. I will buy a cellphone the price is about 15k Pesos, and i want to know which is better, this Xperia P or the LG optimus L9 P768??? Xperia P has a 16gb Internal but no Sd Card, while LG L9 is 4gb internal with card slot up to 32gb. Guys please help me. thanks.

Project Butter itself is the biggest thing to expe... moreFrom my expirince on HTC One S, JB update gives smoth (iPhone like) web browsing, a little bit faster gaming, option to control Notification bar per application (very usefull for free, read: unwanted adds) and totaly screwed Battery usage graph view.
Not bad, but nothing dramatic as GB to ICS update on Xperia P.
