Xperia U is now the same price and can be found cheaper than lww now which suggests that retailers know about the faults with many xperia u - im not saying all. Xperia Sola although more expensive would be a more satisfying purchase!

AnonD-83087, 28 Nov 2012After upgrade ICS it would be slow? if slow is it possible ... moreICS's memory demands are a bit higher, so since that means apps need to swap in and out more, they don't sleep quite so soundly when inactive, which does make it a bit less responsive in practice (and can also have a modest extra hit on battery since more work has to be done). I have noticed one or two outright bugs, which may or may not be connected with memory management.
There is no official way to downgrade, other than paying a Sony service centre. I have heard reference to downgrades via rooting, *if* you have access to the original GB ROM image (I don't) but that would certainly invalidate warranty, and I am not sure how easy it is in practice.

i m useing dis 4 6 month i love ds phone because ......very must only def is there is no cover 4 camara lens all over is very good 5 star

hari, 28 Nov 2012hey does it really hav light sensor !?! not working for man... moreYes, it does have a sensor, but its effects are not very clear even if the option is turned on in Display Brightness settings. However it certainly should work.
To test the sensor, dial *#*#7378423#*#*, run Service Tests, Ambient Light Sensor. The value displayed should vary between 0 in low light, perhaps up to 50 in bright daylight, and into the hundreds or even as much as 1000 next to a light bulb say.
